You've actually had a lot of influence how I go about doing boxing combinations ever since that sparring advice video years ago where you advised to develop 5 starters and 5 different combinations. Here are some: slip jab, overhand right (sound familiar, lol) cross to body, left uppercut, cross feint body cross into overhand right, left hook, cross slip jab, right uppercut, left hook 12, left and right shovel hooks to body 123, left shovel hook to body

My favourite is : jab, cross, left hook to the body then move... The jab and cross makes most of the guys move their hands a bit higher towards to their head so you going to have more open space on the body.

Coach J Van, thank you for this great and practical video for us boxers. The following are my top 7 combinations that have been very effective for me. Also, since I'm ambidextrous, shifting works good for me. #1) Double jab, straight left hand (SHIFT orthodox), Double jab, right cross to the body. #2) Double jab, straight left hand (body), straight left (head), right cross (head)- quarter turn to outside. #3) With my chin down and my hands up, straight left (SHIFT orthodox), double jab, right cross to the body. #4) VS. Counter Punchers, Double jab, straight left hand (after left cross is fired, hands up in a Peek-A-Boo), right hook, straight left hand, right hook- quarter turn to outside. #5) Jab, straight left hand (SHIFT orthodox), Double jab, right cross to the body. #6) With my chin down and my hands up, straight left (SHIFT orthodox), gazelle punch (double left hook), right cross to the body, left hook to head. #7) Jab, Straight Left Hand, Right Uppercut, Straight Left Hand, Right Hook (to Head), Right Hook (to Body), Left Hook (to Body).

On my end I use a lot the combos from your 4K boxing audio file. I took the time to learn them by heart and now they come naturally. My favorites would be Basic (1-2-3-2), which can be executed in a variety of ways, Head-Body-Head (1-8-7-3-2-7-3) because it opens such great angles.

The sound is very good. Thanks a lot sharing your experience🙏 since my boxing is pretty much inspired by your channel I often go with the 1body-1-2-3. And feinting the jab- 2 body- 3 upstairs. Jab-cross(or just cross feint)-drop step and overhead right

The sound seemed maybe a bit clearer and louder, but that might've been the change in shooting position. jab, cross, roll under and come up with an uppercut or hook to the head like Smokin Joe Frasier is one of my faves, or jab, lead uppercut, cross to the body, lead hook to the head is another. I like to double up on the lead hooks too, going body head or head body, or hook uppercut, those short bursty tight inside punches like Tyson loved to throw.
