I assume this advice would also work for much lower weights. I'm not very strong overhead yet.
I’ve been on my weight loss journey for a while now I’ve loss about 40 lbs (now 158) and my method of losing weight is sprinting and i trying to fully adopted a sprinter lifestyle to lose it, and i am sure we could both agree that “I tried sprinting ” be a great video idea Tell me what you think, does matter what the answer is.

Sprinting is acceptable at your weight, but not at mitches weight. I hope the answer is no, for his sake.

@@deltalima6703 shit now I’m really thinking about it and yeah Mitchell is really bulked up now compared to his running days but I’m still fat tho (~15lbs) of fat to lose
One of the benefits of being a smaller guy, almost every dumbbell is a monster dumbbell. 😁 😭
