Hey friend, this is one is really good, nice balance, stay in tune, nice passive electronic, beautiful finish, feel good to play.

I see you played some parts differently compared to the videos you already have. For example you muted parts that "originally" were alternated between muting and ringing. Just an observation though, I guess you did your research! ☺️ P.S. I like Wolf's and Roam's riffs off the ones you played here. Nice touch also putting Messiah's main riff, I play it very often too, my favourite riff of the song!

Hey, just put a mic on the cab, direct into my Universal Audio apollo twin interface and into cubase. But some gear has been changed for the next videos. My main tone comes from the guitar(s), and the Revv G3 (boosted or not with an overdrive depends on the song) put into a clean amp. Whatever cab or mic you use, you can find pretty close the same tone, just depends on position, settings etc... even with IR cab like Torpedo or OX box.

This is TOKAÏ Les Paul (made in Japan) and yeah she looks (and sounds) pretty good 👍🏻

Practice slowly, be careful on the shape of your fingers, be careful the way you pick the strings (the tone always comes from this details) and be passionated, practice and play lot of hours and of course, be sure to use good TAB ! ;-)

Of course Kirk wrote the main riff, but when i say James, i mean rhythm part played by James on the album (cf : my previous video : 12 black album guitar solos) one video for solos, one video for riff.

His palm muting sounds way too damp. Lighten up on the palm abit. Will sound better.
