Hate to be that guy but it really bothered me at the end there when you went to enjoy your “SHALLOT”……….. that’s a scallop; not to be confused with shallot which is a tiny onion

@@JC-wn1sp um I’m from Cali and even I know Hibachi isn’t mexican. It doesn’t take away that they cook it good however it didn’t start with them!
