Cool (pun intended) video - I also work outside a lot around my property and do lots of carpentry - those pants with spots to put in foam knee pads are ingenious! Northern New Jersey loves ya :)

My cousin in Tx land does farming &ranching and today they keep reporting me of the heat as high as 42f , I see usually they do wearing long sleeve cotton shirts,wide brimmed straw hats ,bandanas and(sic!)cowboy boots,and all this gear in that simmering dusty heat,,,Greets, Paul

Living down here in Florida, I like to take a bandana, wrap ice in it, and then wrap it around my neck so the ice is on my carotid arteries. Also wearing cold sweat bands on your wrists helps. I do this when fishing or working outside in the summer.

very practical! I burn very easily and when working outside of my house in AZ heat dressing like that is pretty much the standard around here.

Meh, you gotta do what you got to do. Some of my friends wear those old lady straw gardening hats, the ones with the floral band. Actually last summer when it was really smoke from all the fires, a co worker was wearing a dust/gas mask. We were very understanding, with our Bane imitations.

Great video! Thanks for sharing this I can relate to this entirely. Coming from N.W.Wales U.K I feel the same as you regards to the sun and heat... preferring overcast days for construction work. I to work with my dad in the family business which is Tool Hire, and in my spare time I work on self build projects and when doing ground works its much better to work in the drizzle than the sun and sizzle! I got onto Carhartt a while back for my pants and coats and I don similar attire during summer to keep of the sun, not sure I can match your slow-mo moves though...they were special! On ground works... wandering if if you ever use the MBW Ground Pounders? These are by far the best we have tried and we now have a policy of running only these on the hire fleet....a great piece of American machinery that we have become known locally for hiring.

The main thing not protected here is your face and nose and of course sunglasses from reflected and other in that gets in. We all should be covering our faces in the outdoor trades, but culture makes this difficult to impossible at the moment.
