Great info! The only correction could be the measurement of forks seals sticktion. The correct way would be then assistant push the bike on plastic or handlebars and slowly bring it back. Then do the measurement. The same is for the back. Now you got only 1mm of difference but I am surre it is becauce the bike freely bounce back. If you push it down and slowly realese it it will be 3-5mm difference and it would be still very good result for old bike with OEM forks

Great series. Bike is beautiful. Only issue and its new is that there were ads every 5 mins or so. Really annoying and strange for such a niche market vid. Wierd comment I know. Just.wonder how that works. Always think of the SP, RC 30, 45 and even the baby NC 30 as HRC masterpieces. Favourite bike is always LC 350.

I used a taxi during the day, kept having people pulling out on me when I slowed down. Used it one night and noticed the dash lights came on when I used the brakes. Turns out the incorrect type of bike had been fitted in brake light, and sent power to lights, so people thought I was flashing them to pull out. Another great series fixing incompetent previous owners bodges!🙄

Excellent! Well, you proved me wrong, I anticipated that you would need to re loosen the rear header to get the second part and then lower section of the exhaust all to line up whilst being ultra delicate with your new graphite seals. A task I have performed with little aplomb and many tears, however you had it beautifully lined up “no problem”. Much appreciated your run through suspension setup.👍👌👏

Hello, for your rear wiring, i used honda Hornet 2004 wirings. There are same connections for bubble rear light between both model. Ref Honda 33705MCZ003. I found mine on ebay. I haved similar issue like you, but not exactelly same. On my Sp1, when i braked with front brake, my front headlight light up. With hornet wiring, problem it's fixing. And thanks for all your videos, i will replace seal of front forks. Regards, Ben from France.

When I got my SP2 it came with Aftermarket Yoshimura exhaust. To say they were loud was an understatement if I road a little close to parked cars I could set off their alarms just from the continual rumble without even have to rev the bike 😳 I replaced it with a M4 high mount exhaust with Carbon fibre cans that produced a very nice rumble. I even has several people who didn't ride motorcycle how much the loved the sound from my bike 😊 but I think they were comparing my RC51 to the local Harley riders who all ran straight open pipes 🤣
