The volume is perfectly fine. If that person is having to tell you again* that your volume is too low then there’s something wrong with their device.

the volume is too low. yes, most devices can be turned up, but we have a standardization for acceptable volume. usually this sits around -10 to -14 decibels. this video seems to be like -28 to -30 and i hard to turn it up significantly to hear her

I don't do Marshall's, but I do clothing retail... and it's absolute HELL! Throwing shit over racks, on the floor, coming up to the cash wrap and just throw things at you. I had a customer tell me once it was their job to make our lives difficult... nope. I swear, so many have LITTLE TO NO RESPECT for those of us doing the job we don't. And don't get me started on those who walk in five minutes prior to closing, and refusing to leave.

ah fuck Ive worked nothing but retail jobs so far, this rings too true... you must be perfect, and even if you do everything absolutely fine, most will still treat you like a machine, and that's not even mentioning the actually aggressive customers instead of the passive aggressive ones, the ones that will become physically violent or threatening, none of them give a fuck about you, and YEAH DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THOSE WHO WALK IN RIGHT BEFORE WE'RE ABOUT TO CLOSE. Nothing infuriates me more on a closing shift than seeing five fucking dotheads walking in when Im like bitch do you have no regard? No fucking care for anybody but yourself? If I needed something late at night, right as they were about to close, I'd rush myself and apologize profusely to all the workers for keeping them later even if a few minutes. Though the precious few that treat me like a human, thank you, just know I'm in my head asking "did they ever work retail before? is that why they treated me so nice?" after the interaction. I'm quite comfortable with retail workers most the time because I get the shit they have to deal with.

Hi Zammy it's me. Just letting you know. Your volume on your video is very low. I had to use another headphones in order to be able to listen to you and use captions too. Next time make sure the volume is good ok. A suggestion see if you can get like a microphone. And keep doing what your doing. I know the struggle can be real at times with working and stuff. ✌️

Customer service jobs really require crazy amount of patience 💀 Also KZread randomly recommended this but I like the simple aesthetic of this video. Just like old school recording. Get some rest! Cheers!

Oh my god I love the necklace you're wearing in this vid so much. Can I ask where you got it? I feel all the struggles with customers in this video even though not specifically your situation cause I've never even set foot in a Marshall's but on my third retail job rn yeah youre... SO right. just do what is best for you please, ik this was a video 2 weeks ago but please please please always prioritize yourself, take care of yourself, i know we need money and that's why it fucking sucks when we have to tolerate shitty jobs. i hope you can get the treatment you deserve

Walmart didn't even pay me $17.60. Wages seem to be heavily dependent on location, at least from what I've seen in the US
