UPDATE: Paypal adjudicated in my favor in the end. Just to show you what kind of company this is: They said to me "just close the paypal dispute and we'll give you your money back." LOOOOL. This is something you hear from the dodgiest of the dodgy aliexpress scammers not a company that is touted to be ok. Well I guess paying for reviews really pays in building a fake reputation. They also were not happy with me putting up this video and have "banned me from buying their guitars". ROFLMAO! The ego on these people, who in their right mind would buy MORE shoddy merchandise from them when you get burned like this and they then threat you like dirt??. Avoid, their reputation is all smoke and mirrors.

Everyone told me that Thomann was great and so on. They were great until I had an issue with my order/product. Their customer support is terrible. Never buying from them again.

It's because most of the people saying these things online are shills. The video makers are paid in money or product. Then Thomann employees LITERALLY troll the internet for negative or positive content on them and make shill comments. Happens on my videos constantly. It's all manufactured opinion to lure you in and then take your money.
