    thank you for this. i’ve been struggling for the past week, trying to make the ultimate “productive” daily routine. this made me realise the importance of simplicity. KISS. now i just want 5 steps max in my morning and night routines. i’ll incorporate the rest as i go. i’d rather be disciplined + consistent at 5 things everyday than semi-committed to 15.

    Cool video bro! Though if you don't mind to help you: When you do push ups, you'll get greater benefits if you contract the shoulder blades strongly while doing slower reps. This is only possible if you go as deep as possible whereas in the video you'd stop at elbow depth

    Huge fan of easy runs. I did all of my running at 6:00/km for years. Ran my first half marathon where I really belted it and I ran at a 4:30 pace the whole time. Crazy@@jallmo

    I try to just eat 3 meals around 50-80 grams of protein in each and thats all i track. i am 5,11 on a good day 80kg

    I used to play NBA basketball game but one day my disk broke and i lost like 100 hours of progress and thats when i realised its not worth it. Also i would try not to just remove it try think of it more of what you want to add like do you want to learn a martial art or read more or learn a instrument then when you set that 3 month goal you have to spend less time procrastinating because its not the goal any more. bit waffelly but hope it helps
