In case nobody else has commented... the plant in your kitchen is a "Palm Plant" I do believe:) They're very low maintenance, yes! Great apartment plants as they're not picky about lighting. Something cool to know, like alot of plants, this lil' guy will only grow as large as the pot allows it to. Sooo if you ever decide to repot it into a larger planter, it will grow like a beautiful weed, as palms can grow up to 8~10 feet tall🌿 Beautiful home tour!✨

Thank you for sharing the cost of the rent. It's extremely helpful to know what the cost of living is from different places. It seems like seattle and los Angeles are about the same rent wise.

I love how everything is so minimalistic but the color scheme and decorating is very artsy and pleasing to the eye 😊

awesome apartment. I love the wood floors and the crystal door knobs. Even before you said so, I knew it was in an older building. I, too, live in WA, but further north and east.

Charming vintage apartment. Much nicer than some generic modern one. Things have changed. I remember moving to Seattle some 30 years ago when you could rent an apartment like that for $500 a month.
