Randomly stumbled upon this channel and this is pure gold. I got digital in TCS(2YOE) thinking whether to switch or stay with tcs and look for onsite opportunities. Since tcs doesn't rehire ex-employees and is great for later stages of career

That's a generic bracket it might change depending upon factors such as market, the company, your last salary, skills, your interview performance etc.

Hello Manish, great video. I have more than 4 YOE in QA. I don't really want to move ahead into automation/coding stuff. Can you please share your view on career paths like BA or Scrum master regarding the earning potential and no of jobs in market

So 10 years tester would demand 40-50L depending on manual or automation? Which sort of company pays that? Am assuming a few product based firms only as service based would never pay so much for testing IMO

I agree you can't just ask any number and expect you will get it. The number range that I shared is an ideal spot for you to be in but yes it depends upon various other things as well like the company, your current pay scale, your skills, market condition, your negotiation skills etc. But after reaching a certain number of experiences the growth slows down and then maybe what I told you in this video won't be valid in most cases. Also, I usually make videos for freshers or people who are new in the industry so this video was meant for those people.

@@SaddaaINDIA yeah but you should set right expectations. Last 2 years were kinda anomaly and should not be expected to be normal. Already results are visible (huge layoffs). Rationalisation has started. Speaking from 17 years of industry experience

You can't switch unless you attain knowledge, at least the basics. If you are self-motivated and ready to spend a couple of hours on a daily basis then just pick any programming language like Java and start learning. If not then look out for good offline or online courses and start your journey.

I can't talk about CoinDCX since I am still working with them but before joining I was working with Grab and my in-hand salary was around 1 Lakh per month.

Flow charts are very important. We do make flow charts to understand architecture and the respective flows. Especially if you are a BE developer Flow charts are very crucial part for your implementation.

How much will be salary of a MBA graduate who got 13 lpa offer initially did his mba from srcc gbo college delhi and after working for 5 yrs what will be his salary?

I don't have much idea about the management roles. But if starting salary is 13 LPA, you can expect around 30-40 LPA at least in 5 years.

Also make video how to deal with 90. Days notice period.

Bhaiya is it hard or next to impossible to swith from service based company (4.5) lpa to hight paying company (10lpa+) for a MCA student after 2-3 years of experience? Please tell me

No it not impossible. It may be a bit difficult in some companies but if you have the right knowledge you will surely find opportunities.

Ya bhai drop leke tayari karun fir iim ABC bhai thode hi margin se iimL nahi ho payatha bhai ap to mba na karke bhi bahut achi salary mein ho colleagues bol rahe hai lon mat lo switch karke badhjayega but bhai iim jake domain change karna padega consulting or marketing but ek IIM tag milega to long term mein acha hoga to bhai abhi ye situation mein ap pls 🙏kuch insights do as a senior 😄😄😄😄

Between 5-10 lakhs. Also don't just stick with ETL. Try to learn other aspects as well.

Yes I am a testing engineer but primary experience is in Manual testing only. I have worked on automation too but only on API automation.
