Another idea too that you could do quickly is using Velcro for all of your labels! Have every bin at the exact same spot have one side of Velcro, and every single label you have obviously the matching piece. It might also be easier than fumbling around with plastic :)

Interesting, definitely with you on the multi stage listing. I have unlisted, box of drafted, box of draft & photo. I used to have another step of the putting away but now my last photo is sku on the bag. Able to do things in smaller chunks so it doesn't go so overwhelming. Oddly enough I'm better at processing stuff I just got over items from awhile back before I started my systems. I think its because I see it more as todays homework but unlisted stuff I bought during garage sale season is where do I start highest value, items for that season, just by box. Now that its winter here I knew Id have lot more time to list even if I didn't get to everything in the summer. Even going back through my boxes to double check each listing Ill find things that are unlisted, I swear its ebay. Its a lot to keep on top of.

Loved the tour. I’m nowhere near as large as your business, but I’ve been redoing and rearranging my office this morning. It was getting out of hand, which is easy to happen. So loved the Nikki tackle at the end‼️ Okay, so I get that inventory numbers are reused, but??? The labels from the link have a permanent adhesive. Soooo, I don’t understand how you keep track of all the numbers, especially when you sell so much. Sorry, I’m just not understanding 😩😳 and really want to understand your process of keeping track of and reusing inventory numbers . I’ve been using bins labeled by classical composers (so it’s less boring): Liszt, Mozart, Hayden for example. Things have to change though, too much inventory, a good thing but don’t want to let go of the composer bins, they’re fun and different. A reseller has to do what a reseller has to to keep things interesting, that’s one of mine. Happy New Year and thank you very much for the video 💕

do you keep track of what you paid for a particular item, so when you list it, you know your bottom $ price to keep it profitable. Also, if you buy say 20 items in a sourcing event, how do you know if that day was profitable? do you check the sales for that event, or is that a waste of time?
