@@eller3794start with meditation. Aaron, like others may help open up a channel within you to access a higher version of yourself. A higher version of yourself means the best version and healed version of yourself.

If you don’t do your shadow work, the shadow will work you

*-Shadow work-* *Importance* • dont attract person with similar habits to people who once caused childhood traumas • no validation of others • notice personal patterns which I actually dislike in other people • sucess will only shadow/hide those patterns but will not heal it *Lessons* • individuation, chose myself (tend to MY needs, not my peers, dont abandon myself to please others, the life isnt endless, chose my time wise) ■ people fear individualisation (afraid of being lonely, dealing with own thoughts, of our ego talking to us and finding prove for our insecurities, of putting us down and not being enough -> distract with phones -> more comparing, doubt ) • Nothing matters (life is a game [others are side characters of my life, they are not relevant, they are invisible in my story], people wont remember me, my possesion wont be with me forever, I'm the universe who is experiencing itself) • the behavior of others is a mirror of their inner world and is isolated from me, people tend to be angry at everything (have to express the anger they feel with themselves) • patterns I dislike about others are actually thing which I dislike about myself or cannot see myself with [Briana Wiest-101 Essays that will change the way you thing] ■ shyness (parents project the affirmation onto their kids, that they cannot be alone, independant, need to follow instructions at all time; feel responisble for a quiet household) ■ stay up for myself and be critical with the instructions, beliefs of others, get out of comfort. ■ childhood: destroyed trust, the needs not meet -> destroyed self-worth => return [come BACK/it is within ourself] to universe/sun + (mother)nature ■ childhood trauma is an oppurtunity to get us introduced with shadow work, meet our higher self, spiritual awakening ■ life is subjective, we give mean to incidents (we are responsible for the meaning: e.g. our childhood sucks and therefore we are broken. We give this meaning, it does not has a consequence, we decide our fade) • identify what we truly stand for, for what we advocate (Who would I be if I knew nobody is thinking about me -> because everyone just thinks about themselves and express with their words how their beliefs are and in what they cannot see in themselves => What would I do if money didnt exist)

Everything starts within yourself. Responding and copying the 3D like how the people in the social experiment were doing just perpetuates the status quo in and then subsequently around you. I just researched it. Played guided meditations and read a few books. But I started it a few years ago in a more Pagan developed way with all the bells and whistles. I rambled on Arron I was so excited about entering the teaching by you and the other two. We have such si.ilar stories but im.old enough to be your mom. It took me until I turned 50 to put it all together to spot all the signs. Why I was a people pleaser why I have been very empathetic since a very young age. Most of all why i.perfer being alone and have more fun then I do when I with a group of friends

I just went through an intense breakup where I had to tap into my shadow that I had let become obliterated in the pursuit of making someone else happy and more than that, okay with me. Once I realized I was deeply unhappy I had to communicate that- albeit for the first time. It was painful for all but it had to be done. Ultimately the triggers in the relationship revealed I have work to do so self advocate and… individualize myself. Self advocacy comes from self awareness and/or self love. This video was so helpful for me. Thank you. Sending love. ✨

Thank you Aaron for sharing your valuable knowledge. It sucks when everyone else is busy. It gets very lonely sometimes. Especially when people we care about, have no time for us. As much as we want to individuate, we are social beings. Someone else's attention can mean the world to us, sometimes. It is like we feel seen, when they give us attention. I love going out into nature and conecting to Gaya. It still doesn't feel the same as human connection. Sometimes it's that one person's attention that makes all the difference. Yep. I had to opportunity to go “all in” on my shit but I knew there’s was shit deep down to discover and I was right, I’m not fucking done yet, there is shit and gold in the unconscious, however take my advice… maybe, and prepare a strong frame to be destroyed that can hold you while you go in. With all that being said I do have comedy’s on my channel that were posted before the ‘shadow work’ that you might like too ☯️💪🔥😈🎉💥🕺🏻

I did this and I did it on my own with my spirit guides and I was 450lbs now a days a size 2 lol and it's hard not to notice the glow cause I treat my body as a temple and not a slave to my body

With very abused people there is a lot of emotional abuse that can be undone. You have to challenge the messages you received about yourself. Challenge every negative message and say NO that's my Mother, Father' Sibling' Teacher' Whoever talking, and replace it with a positive one.
