In this video, I'm gonna share with you some of the scariest truths about our reality According to mystics.
When I learned some of what I'm gonna share with you in this video, I went through a little bit of a sad period where I felt kind of sad, but then on the other side of it.
I went through one of the most empowering realizations I have ever had once I really took responsibility for these truths and it completely transformed my life.
And so many clients, so many people I've seen that had this one epiphany have completely transformed their life by embracing the truth of what I'm sharing with you in this video.
What many mystics people over the last like hundreds of years have come to realize, and some things that just aren't taught in school, things that aren't taught in our society.
Things that I believe are held back from people really knowing about themselves because I believe that at a certain level, when people are in a box and they're disempowered, they stay in the box, they're easier to control.
And that may be a reason why these aren't more universally known. And sometimes I think also people just don't want to know the truth. It's like just safer.
It feels more comfortable to be in a little bit of a box, to be working a job that maybe someone's not passionate about, to stay in that little hamster wheel.
Now, these things I share in this video, by the way, are inspired by that of mystics such as Neville Goddard, he's one of them. Eckhart Tolle, another one of them. Some of these people are considered to be either enlightened like Eckhart Tolle or Osho, a little bit more
controversial there, Sadhguru.
We're talking about that of also Alan Watts. These are all principles that these mystical, very, like these very impactful and influential mystics of our last couple hundred years have had on society.
And there's something about what they share that just resonates with people because they've all had huge followings and people that have really transformed their lives from the awareness and the energy that has been shared.
Now, the first one I wanna share that is one that completely transformed my life is understanding that reality itself is a complete illusion.
Now, sometimes we think of this as a metaphor, but I remember when I first learned this, I learned that everything, and I read this somewhere and then I started to apply it, but I realized that everything in reality is a reflection of the mind.
It is a reflection of the mental state of being. And our beliefs and our thoughts and emotions are being reflected back to us. Now, you might say, "Well, okay, Aaron, that's like the law of attraction.
This is like something that, the movie 'The Secret Show.' This is not enlightenment theory." But there's a deeper level to it. And that is that at our core, we are source energy. This is what a lot of the mystics have said.
That we are God, source energy. We are connected to this one power that we're all a part of. Now, what's happened over time and in society is that we've been led to believe that we are not a piece of the puzzle called God.
We've been led to believe that we must worship the puzzle outside of ourselves without realizing that we are a piece of the puzzle. And what if a lot of the way that society has set up religion has been so that we don't believe we are a part of this universal consciousness.
We don't believe we're a part of it. We believe we are sinners, we're bad, and that we must, in a way, believe that everything is outside of us.
And what happens is there's a lot of disempowerment that can come from that and a lot of searching for something that's on the outside, not knowing that it is on the inside.
So at the fundamental core, what these mystics have known is that yes, reality is an illusion. based on our beliefs and what we believe to be true, we experience a reflection of that in our life.
This means if you believe that people in life manipulate you, you will attract yourself into situations where people manipulate you.
If you believe that love is hard to find and that there aren't a lot of people out there that think like you, that you would resonate with, then you will attract yourself a reality where that's the case.

You are an energetic vibrational Sovereign spiritual being that incarnated here on Earth to go through emotional experiences. We're not supposed to attach to them or hang onto them, we are here to allow flow and be co-creators. when we are consciously aware of our feelings, and conquer our emotions without being triggered, we create our frequency, which attracts to us people in situations at that same vibrational frequency. So if we are attracting things we do not want, that means it's running from a program in our subconscious that we are unaware of that needs to be brought into the conscious so that we can manifest whatever reality we desire.

When you said that we are love, that this is what we came here to experience and spread ultimately, I broke down into tears...Because it only confirmed something I realized and had ferociously started believing in after being told that my fiancee, the other half of my soul, had "died", and going through the process of his loss, and the absence that came with it. Realizing that absence was only in body, but not in mind. ...The feelings I've had with him, feelings I hope to re-experience again, perhaps in this life, perhaps in another who knows, I know I'm bound to him regardless now...And that I still carry in my heart, the light that he has with him, that I try to carry with me still as well...The warmth they evoke, the tears of joy they bring forward, the longing and need to be close to him, to someone and to be blissful for every moment given as a gift, that is spent together... Those, are what we are meant to experience, those are a huge part of what we come back to this plane for, again and again, despite the pain, the hurt, the suffering that comes with these mortal shells. This longing, this need to love, and be loved. TRULY loved. To feel it, know it, and spread it. (And it doesn't have to be romantic either, as you said. Therefore You are the fractal of god (named Christopher) that’s having Your personal experience in your individual YOUniverse. We are all One and are playing the game of life alongside other versions of god but You are the god of the experience you are personally having. I feel we get the download about being God at the divine time our Soul has chosen so you must be ready to remember. 💜

I had that same thing happen when I reached 10 years of sobriety in September 2022! I thought it was going to be this AMAZING milestone but it wasn’t. I felt so lost and depressed wondering why I even chose sobriety in the first place. I found the books “I Am I Create” and “The Four Agreements” on audible which started me down this intense spiritual journey that is all falling into place like some divine puzzle. Amazing. I’m going to share what I believe cause maybe it’ll help someone. And it is very similar to what I hear you saying. We have a tiny flame of God in us that gives us consciousness. We came into this limited form, this physical experience to experience suffering, growth, and learn. Where we come from, our home there is no suffering. Coming into suffering teaches us about love in a way that we would never otherwise understand. So savor the joy and the sorrows. It’s all part of this human experience. It did make me very sad when I accepted there is no other actual truth here to find. The only truth we can find here lies in absolute silence and stillness of the mind! This stuff is what I live for!
Big thanks to the universe for guiding me to Aaron today; such an amazing amount of truth and validation for my own private awakening in the past year. It's impossible for me to refute ANY of what he presents because the universe has brought me all the very same answers just as a matter of my own daily musings.

This was an excellent video. So much resonated and I felt at home with you in my tribe validating the unerstandings I embrace and continue to grow into. My little trick, kinda funny, is when life throws me lemons, it kinda likes to test us so we can grow, I remember Bruce Lee. "Be like the water. Go with the flow." Oh my days, 2nd video of Aaron’s today. So much sinking in! ❤ ok so quick edit…been doing healing and shadow work lately. I’ve really ramped it up lately to undo my conditioning so I can live life free from the programming. Anyhoo, it’s been a tad emotional lately. I woke up and just burst into tears this morning. Spent, done…not sure where to go next. Watched a video of Aaron’s this morning on letting go. Many aha moments from my healing journey. Then I come to this video. And my heart is just pumping out heart love vibes. So thank you Aaron, what a magical turnaround. I’ve been so lost lately trying to work out the meaning of life and my place in it, thinking I was a mistake and the world didn’t need me. And the meaning is…anything I give it and thank god the world doesn’t need me! 8 billion people needing me!! What an exhausting thought! I am free to create anything.
