Hey julien, i watched a lot of your videos these months and they helped me just like you helped this girl, i learned a lot about myself and my insecurities and all that and i think i identified the major part of them and now im a lot better and more capable of identifiyng the things that trigger me but, i dont know exactly what to do now, i now i have to let go of them but i dont know exaclty how, i feel better when i do these exercices you talk about (like what the girl did in the video) but for some reason i dont think that is enough, i sooner or later get those back again. Can you make a video in more depth about how to trully "let go"?? The complete process, from the begining to the end and then, how to know if im really getting better and doing it right. I think that help a lot, not just me but everyone. Thanks a lot, you are being so important since i discovered your videos, you dont even know how much, thanks a lot! :)

Julien Just incredible awesome explanation of how to do the work. I have spent many hours listening to you and Owen Cook. You say you need to do more work on yourself as we all do ! That is most honest and humble of you ! Have you listened to Neville Goddard teachings on KZread by Timeless knowledge or Emmett Fox. After you listen to them . Test the principles they point out and look back on your life lived. You will have a holy fucking shit moments many OMG 😲 😳 😍 😭. WHICH will be enlightening to you both. For me it started with Dr. Joseph Murphy The Power of the subconscious mind. Then Eckhart Tolle The power of NOW. This is all Devinly presented to me on my path of life. Then Neville Goddard teachings. New Years day 2024 Julien you were next . After many hours of work and enjoying your videos. I just wanted to share with like minded people this knowledge. Can help thousands of people to realize being . Bliss 😊 within ! My friend I haven't had coffee with yet ! Blessings 🙌

What’s helped me out is reading and being interested in more things. Non-dualism also helped big time but honestly just owning my idiosyncrasies and flaws because there will always be someone better and something to improve upon.

I know it doesn’t beat one on one interaction with someone you’ve taught or you yourself but imagine a shadow work video where you ask a question and then record your response to the most common answers and go deeper and deeper and then end with exercises to help. It would be a huge video but each individual person would be able to jump through it like a pick your adventure book. These videos have already helped me in a big way and I’m grateful you’ve done all this. Your guided meditations are the truth for real. Much love ❤️

It's true. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves (some much more than others) as a result of our influences growing up, to be somehow "better" than who we are. Hence, it's an endless chase to believe that we are enough versus knowing we are good enough NOW to exist. Good message by Julien.

Julien, I have been on my own self-improvement journey and part of it included journalling to manage my emotions and philosophical beliefs to help me maintain my productivity. I came across the videos and the concepts you talk about hit every single point I had on my notes which I crafted to recognise patterns in my thinking. The author of 48 laws of power also has a video on the exact concepts you teach and its crazy but I don't think I have seen most self-help and self-improvement gurus ever talk about the things you mention. Everyone always preaches body language, what to say, frameworks for speaking, how to be confident, what to think, how to use the "exposure ladder" yet the actual answer is to just be authentic. It's like Jordan Peterson says, you either be authentic and face the consequence of who you truly are good or bad or face the consequence of living in a shadow of yourself.

He actually does that on purpose, just like the hair. It is to show that you can be yourself. Your hair, your clothes, they do not make you... YOU. It is your inner self that makes up who you are. Second to that, it also shows that you must not base your opinion of yourself on what others think about you. If you wear weird clothes or have fuzzy hair, it still doesn't change the actions and self-identity that you have as a person. Very clever!

I think we have that need of approval either because we need to feel loved or we want something someone has to get somewhere to have a certain thing or status. It feels good to be cheered and awful to be boo’d. Life will give you both of those even if it’s at your best effort, so Julien is expressing that you should enjoy it all. The good, bad and the ugly!

Julien, one thing id keep in mind is that symptoms people want to get rid of are often required for their core beliefs to function. For example, someone comes in with low self-esteem and wants to feel more confident. They do all the work here and can’t seem to shake it. After exploring its function, said person unearths the core schema that “ I must never feel good about myself or I will succeed and surpass my own parent.” Assume coherence between symptom and belief system

At 0:51, I felt something in my own chest when I saw the guy filming was conveyed that he shouldn't film. Logically I know that there are going to be times where you're making people a little comfortable with what you're doing and I know social awareness is key but for someone who is in between the way of complete social awareness, it still feels somewhat humiliating. How to handle that? Is it just that you tell yourself "Hey, it's okay that you were filming and you were told to stop it and mocked a little"? That guy might be feeling "Oh my god, everybody is laughing at me for filming this and being told to stop doing so!". Now ofcourse, Julien's intension might not be to call out on him or say mock him but there's a good chance that he'd feel humiliated (or at least I would feel that if I were in his place). I bet he'd even lost attention to what Julien said the next 30 seconds after that moment. I actually paused the video to post this comment. Thanksa lot, Julien for posting such videos! I always manage to find a lot of nuances with each of the video (even those nuances which you are not directly calling out!). Thank you so much!

I think he handled it pretty well by making a joke out of it instead of getting angry, that would have been way more humiliating. Even then that feeling of humiliation comes from being insecure in the first place.

Anyone know the best Julien video on letting go of regrets? Maybe specifically missed opportunities / getting rid of scarcity mindset? I trade options, and any time I am close to a big trade but miss it, it really screws with me for a week or two; not to mention ruminating in other areas of life too.

@Julien is there possibility that Gabriela or others can't make complements on their self out loud because then we think "what would others think when I would just say IM BEAUTIFUL"? Sometimes I think that we are afraid to talk good about ourselves because we don't want to be judged by others and that others don't think about us as selfish, egoistic etc. I'm always wondering, if you can say to your loved ones "I love you, you are amazing, beautiful..." and so on... why can't we just say it about ourselves.

It is very important to believe in your own self-worth. yet it is as important to be self-aware. the "it's me" thing is trending, this is taking people out of their own self-awareness into a world of individualism and carelessness. balance is critical.

I also have the same issue where I don’t feel smart enough, good enough. I also reinforce the lens to the point of extreme negatively. When he was saying you’re -this- all of it brought up tightness and man. Definitely got some shit to work on. 2nd video I’ve seen of this dude and absolutely astounding how just little nudge like he said brings up a ton of shit. Embarrassing as hell typing this but it’s online so it ain’t as bad

Regarding your practices when you mentioned like being smart in the video and saying you are smart can help our insecurities . Im conflicted I read a book called "the subtitle art of not giving a fck" and it basically said by doing these things your reminding yourself of something you desire and lack and instead of just being it

I just want to be part of the group but i dont want to destroy it. And also i dont want to be destroyed by the group. So my greatest fear in live are just other people not me. I think i hate myself pretty much but really if i am alone im good with myself. I am not the problem and this realisation makes me free. I can ignore other people but i cant ignore myself.
