    I know its 5:30 AM UK time but I had to stay up to get this video done today, I'll make another video tomorrow on the other heated moments plus a trashy move from Ariel. In my opinion. Ariel won the argument. Chael had the right points but just refused to accept the loss on certain topics that Ariel cornered him on and that made him lose in the eyes of the fans. An important moment, 42:16 Ariel says what I have been saying for the past few months, and the fact that he admits knowing this and still championed Ngannou's move proved that he did not have Ngannou's best interests at heart.

    The worst thing is he actually gets away with punchable offenses because Ariel is really good at sneaking them in, in a way that the fighters have a hard time picking up on. Ariel basically uses his elite college education to do gotchas on the fighters, where if he were in a debate club that there would be a specific term for all the wormy techniques that he uses, and he would get called out on it. It is basically taking advantage of people he knows aren’t as smart as him. Kinda like a fighter bullying someone they know has no training. He always pulls the “ what are you going to do, hit a guy with glasses 🤓” when he gets called out for it

    It's crazy that Chael wanted to give Francis credit from a competitive stand point but Ariel made this all about himself. They r friends & yet Ariel found a way to even drive one of his buddies crazy with this approach he takes on these things. I wish Ariel could see how he twists these things around to the point where no one wins, and everones loses.. fun approach Ariel 👍🏻 It seems like a big issue Ariel has with a lot of these "issues" is that Ariel focuses way too much on getting back at "the haters" like he thinks he's going to earn respect from people that way?? Idk why Ariel sticks to this tactic? It's not a good look. Right or wrong, it's not a good look. I wish Ariel could be a little self aware & see the little things he does that rubs people wrong. He is good friends with Chael & yet look how much It annoyed Chael? So if Ariel was even remotely self aware, he would tone down this whole, wanting to prove himself right & others wrong tactic..

Even if Francis lost this fight, he still made more money between this and PFL then he ever would have with the UFC, and it was that unlikely he got at least one of Fury, Joshua or Wilder. And I’m sure before Ngannou left he spoke with Tyson’s people to see if Tyson would do the fight. It’s getting delusional to call this 1 in 100.

    The way to debate them is very simple really. NEVER let them change the subject. They are masters at not losing on a point because they immediately pivot. You need to pin them down and repeat the question multiple times and not let them speak until they give their specific answer. When they try and change the subject just simply say, “no answer that question again. Nope, we’re not changing the subject, answer me.”

    This is not a good take. If Francis got submitted in the first round against Jon Jones, it would be just as bad as getting knocked out by Fury, probably worse. Does that mean that everybody who wanted him to remain in the UFC didn't have his interests in mind? He mentioned the hypothetical if as a counterargument to Chael saying that Ariel wants every fighter to leave the UFC and go fight boxers. Fury had already talked about the Ngannou fight before Francis even left the UFC, so there was good reason to believe the fight would happen. He's not suggesting that Claudio Puelles fight Jermell Charlo. In this very specific set of circumstances for Ngannou, this was a good idea and he believed that Ngannou would escape with his dignity intact. That's like saying the MMA Guru didn't have Volk's best interests in mind when he applauded him for taking a short notice fight against Makhachev because there was a chance he would get knocked out in the first round by a head kick. Every daring move requires risk, and everybody knows there are these risks. That does not mean taking a risk is a bad idea or that anyone who cheers the decision to take that risk doesn't have the person's interest in mind. You see what I'm saying?

  • @jacobjackson2787

    @jacobjackson2787

    That doesn't prove that he didn't have his best interests at heart, even if Francis got kod in the first round, he would still be making a bigger payday for competing in a less physically demanding sport, even is Francis got destroyed this would've been the best move for his career. McGregor got tkod by mayweather, does that mean it wasn't in Connors best interest to do that match? Cmon

    One problem here also, is that Ngannou did not win the match. He did amazing, and better then anyone thought he would, but he did lose and rightly so. He will not do so against AJ. Fury under performed and Ngannou over performed on expectations.

    Chael hates to be wrong, but he’s made a living at it. Couldn’t tell if he was really angry or not cause he’s always goofing around

    He isn't wrong tho bro... He was saying it was a really dumb decision from the get-go, and it obviously was... There was a 0.000001% chance that Francis performed well against Tyson Fury. I don't know how you guys don't get this simple fact

    Im not often on Ariel's side, but Chael was being a hardcore UFC shill, hoping he'll get a pad on the head by Dana White. He might as well hve bn wearing a T-shirt "I got your back boss".
