The fun part is, they allowed the pro players to test it, and the huge majority of the pros said it was a mistake and ask Blizzard to no make the change, they got ignored

this is actually a scary thought....

I think one of the worst parts is that OW2 replaced OW1. If OW1 was still available to play separately and still had servers running, a lot of people would've flocked back over to it much earlier and the devs would've gotten a wake-up call that they're fumbling. But no we were forced into this new format instead, and we have to sit and suffer while the dev team bathes in their denial and hubris.

Your video was posted on the forums the day after you posted it to YT, and it got removed within 24 hours haha. The forums are super cringe, posts that have valid criticisms on the game are often removed.

@@veenus_ow As someone who has been silenced twice for calling out the dev team on their 5v5 mistakes (didn't pull punches, but also didn't violate their ToS), I can verify they're definitely not afraid to just send some of their power hungry GMs onto posts that are a hitting a little too close to the goal.

I like the idea having the mythic weapons alongside the skins because I'm not going to use the ash mythic but I wish it was like half the price of the mythic skin at least for just a weapon and inspect that was supposed to be free before smh.

Blizzard is literally the first company to monetize weapon inspects.

The only reason its 5v5 is cause they wanted people to say it's overwatch 1 but 5v5. They already knew way ahead pve wasnt releasing and they took a lot out of the game including deleting the game we actually loved.

100% agree with what you're saying here.

devs were ignoring all the questions about 6v6 in Q&A, even told flats to not ask about 6v6 in the interview. They know about the problem they are stubborn, they will not listen to the community, and the game will die.

I saw that, and the proof is in the pudding as they say.

I started playing OW from late 2019 and I enjoyed the game immensely, after a couple years I stopped playing for a year and a half and life got much better. The moment I downloaded OW2 things went downhill in my life.

The reason of 5v5 was to address the queue times. Well, we're getting to the point where dps and supports have longer queue times...again... 5v5 is not what we asked for but instead to fix queue times by removing a tank. Solo tanking feels awful still.

And the interesting thing is that now we have increased queue times for dps AND supports while in OW1, it was only dps.

Bring back October 2020 6V6 with proper balance and in game incentives

There have been good changes since then though. Brig for one. Do NOT bring back 2020 Brig, hell no. Peak OW was 2017 before RQ, before Brig, before bap/immort imo. Oct 2020 was not some magical best moment of OW, it was just in between meta's where OWL players were playing on the old patch and the playerbase were playing on the new patch. People hadn't yet found out what the meta was yet. The moment the meta is found on any patch, the game gets stale. This is why imo OQ is best, because it's less restrictive. People gotta stop chasing meta's.

Open que is the only fun way to play tank now! Keep it up!

Funny how we have mythic skins and weapon skins now but the mythic skins weapons don’t count as ones you can put on anything. Its the same price and the code is there. Why not

open queue is fun till they run 4 tanks bap with mauga so all the tanks get 30% dmg reduc, 70% lifesteal on top of all their other stats, and aoe healing and immortality field so no one ever dies till the ult fight

I see this in open queue, I also have won many games with 1 dps, 3 supports and me on tank. I've also seen 3 dps, 1 support and me on tank. It's not exclusive to just all tanks.

@@shadezOW not exclusive doesn't mean it's not the most viable strat (which it is unfortunately). climbed in open queue rank to masters and stopped once every game essentially became just that.

FR all my hours and data is gone from OW1 only for them to replace it with a game that they admitted to not working on for the PvE with the PvP being secondary.

The channel "Your Overwatch legit said you're a "Flat Earther" if you think we should go back to 6v6. People like him are why the game is dying.

i love push, its the only map that my entire team can literally sit in spawn and lose in under 1 minute flat and get on to another map that doesnt suck.

Great video I am not having fun with the game and I already don't have the most free time because of classes so when I do I choose to play other things. It kinds sucks because I want to transition my content to other games like I have been playing a lot of Yakuza infinite wealth, but I do not think it will do great numbers wise. I am just counting the days till marvel rivals launches and i can start that again black panther looked fun.

I agree with Samito that push is okay but all the maps except esperanca are pretty bad. However i think flashpoint is cheeks.

They made grinding comp skins less rewarding than previous gold so it’s even more boring to play. Team 4 is so out of touch

I really do not like the new reinhardt mythic weapon it adds more clutter (I'm not certain if it shows on other's screen) but it is also telling of the team's prioritys. Didn't they say the game couldn't handle 6v6 yet they keep adding these weapons and skins that add a bunch of effects as if 10 people with these effects going off is handleable.

THEY REMOVED GENERAL CHAT ON THE MAIN MENU! OW1 > OW2!

Overwatch 1 was basically doing well until Brigitte came out. She ruined the game, they stopped developing the game, no new counter to shields came out (Ram? Mauga? Doom tank?) until OW2. The real fucking sad part about it all is we never HAD to be here at ALL. For numerous reasons. The thing that really doesn't make sense is right now we're having a problem with Mauga, right? Where he's either oppressive or sucks (like all tanks I know). But imagine if he was played as an OFF TANK.
