I love the idea of a better power dialer, any business with a sales team can use it and existing ones are over priced, Buggy, and their #’s burn quickly. They charge per seat so it scales fast

The service is going to cost me around 9-10$ per user including tax and everything. How much do you think is a good pricing method?

Well I’d need more context, I don’t know what your SaaS does and what the value prop is. What id suggest is look at what competitors price at and also look at G2 reviews of competitors and see if any complaints about their pricing

How does 20M get down to 9M after taxes? I'm assuming you get QSBS for the first 10M and long term cap gains for the rest. Wouldn't it be closer to 16M-17M after taxes?

Great vid. If you plan on getting your SaaS companies to $1M ARR profit, how much does the total annual revenue need to be? Are you operating at an 80% profit margin or higher? Would also liked to of heard you talk about what the LTV amount $ would need to be for your specific SaaS company to hit those KPIs
