Brian, I love what you're doing, and wasn't thinking of going to market free. I'm building an high-powered software which digitally prevents recruiting ghosting, and integrates with any of their CRM’s which connects all of the behind-the-scenes software in a cohesive manner. With AI, it becomes the much-needed co-pilot so to increase/ improve Brand recognition and speed up the time-to-hire from an average of 68 to 28 days. More importantly, it garners accountability from the hiring manager, 51% of whom are disengaged. Its what's needed to complete the recruiting and hiring circle in a uniform, transparent, honest, and predictive manner. It's two products so far, and its been me and a full-stack developer/ student. I wonder how it would work within your wonderful ecosystem?

Brian, you've mentioned you're doing 3-4 launches in a year that help you convert prospects from the newsletter into paid customers. What is a launch? The release of a new feature? I mean, that makes sense, but if you're planning to ship features faster (2-3 weeks per feature) that means you're planning to have more launches (3 emails per launch, right?) Aren't you afraid this would spam and potentially decrease the value of your newsletter?
@BrianDean

We usually package a number of improvements into a "new and improved" or "3.0, 4.0, 5.0" etc. version of the product. That way, we have a legit reason for launching. But it's not like we're doing a launch every 2-3 weeks
