OMG YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GRATEFUL I AM! I WAS ON THE PHONE THEN HUNG UP AND TRIED TO CHECK THE TIME AND MY PHONE WAS BLACK OUT OF NOWHERE! EVEN WENT TO METRO STORE AND THE GIRL WAS LIKE "IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU I DON'T FIX PHONES, SORRY" DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO LOOK IT UP FOR ME OR CALL ANYONE SO RUDE. SO I GOT ON MY LAPTOP AND FOUND THIS! I know right that happened to me this whole story except the girl it was a man for me at the metro when I went there. So after I looked at this video I put my phone to charge while that is charging I was on my computer watching movies then after the two hours have passed I took my phone pressed the three buttons for 10 secs then it turned on. I am so happy right now because its been less than two months ago I got this phone.

I just got rid of it completely because it started glitching and pressing buttons on its on and freezing...it was just weird and frustrating! So I bought a Samsung s10 unlocked. So much better. Metro customer service sucks

Stylo 6 did this month after purchase through it in the drawer years oge it came right on 5 seconds 😭

What caused the problem you think. I had mine charging off my charger bank not the official. So could be stylos have problems sometime with none official chargers

I got this Stylo 6 and it was stuck like that for years until just now. But I don't know if I'm supposed to be super mad for spending $400 a phone I only used three months. Or happy I finally turned it back on when it's completely worthless

This was AWESOME!!!! Thank you so much for this!!! We’re in hurricane clean up mode and my boyfriends phone did this. We don’t have power so we are having to turn on our van to charge everything. I had my stylo 5 on the charger in my truck. I sent a text and set it down. I grabbed it about 20 minutes later to check it and the screen was black and there was no light to indicate charging. I tried several times to get it to turn on with no result. I got on my laptop and googled the issue and your video was the first to show up. I watched your video and tried it on my phone and it worked! Thanks for the tip!
