@@BAD.BOUCHER mens voices actually get slightly higher as they get older, due to a slow shrinkage of muscle mass in all parts of the body, including vocal folds. If you watch some of Charlie's oldest videos, you can see his voice rests lower than it does now (G2 when he was a teenager, more like an A or A# now). A lot of people mistake his voice for being "deep" due to the height of his palette and the overall weight of his voice. If you're talking pitch, his voice is actually medium/high for a man.

I remember I joined the channel back in 2011-2012, I remember laughing out loud all the time watching the well-spoken, calm and never-laughing Charlie play all kinds of different games. Good and simpler times. After Charlie made a pause in uploading videos I stopped watching for a good while (I had almost seen every video), until in recent years when I saw some dude on the bus watching his channel, which I thought was very odd until I saw how the channel had exploded with subscribers

While watching this video I was reminded of a part of my own past I wished I could go back to. It was a kind of online flash game we used to play at school on the rare occasion we were allowed into the computer room and it involved drawing a line to guide Santa's sleigh to the finish line. I couldn't remember what it was called or what website it was on but I remember thinking it was amazing when I was like 6 and it really bugged me that I couldn't go back to it. Reminded of this, I did a deep dive into old flash games and finally found it - it's called Snow Line and it's on Primary Games. So thank you, Charlie!

I found Charlie through his QWOP video. I was 11 years old, can’t believe it’s been 10 years. He was the first KZreadr I actually consistently followed/subscribed to and I still watch his videos today
