I just gave my new GRE and got a 166 in quant. I made a total of 3 mistakes with 1 of them having Level 3 in difficulty the first section and 2 Level 5 questions from the second section. The predictions mentioned in this video (at least for the 165+ group ) is definitely pertinent.

It’s a total myth that the new GRE has the same difficulty. The section 1 is really hard now as compared to the old GRE. This is unfair.

Yes, no one wanted a shorter GRE, ETS just went ahead and imposed it on students. I got 2 wrong out of 27 in the mock, and got 166

Thank you for the video. In the ETS PowerPrep Mock of the shorter test I made 2 mistakes in quant out of 27, and got 166 while you scored 168 with 2 mistakes. What causes this discrepancy in your opinion?

Hi ! I took the GRE this week. I got 309 ( 161 maths and 148 V) . The universities I am aiming have average score of 320. But now with shorter GRE will the cut off change? Should i retake the test?

Hello, nope the cutoff will not change at least this year. From next year it might change a bit.

Hello sir, it seems there's a discrepancy in my ETS practice test-2 scores. Despite correctly answering 5 questions in the first paper and 12 in the second in Quant, I received a score of 145, whereas your chart indicates I should have scored 156. Could you please clarify this difference?
