Yes you can. If you will be graduating in 2024, then you can apply for Fulbright. Remember, this is the policy in Pakistan, you must check the Fulbright rules in your country.

Need help for GRE test, Also do we need to register online for GRE or its better to pay fee in office located around my vicinity?

I an currently enrolled in a masters program at lums. If I apply for fulbright masters should I mention that I am enrolled? And does it hurt my application chance that I am currently enrolled?

You can apply for Fulbright without any fees. However you will need to pay for your GRE. Only short-listed candidates are asked to take TOEFL at a later stage.

You should take GRE General if required by the university. Some universities now require GRE while others don't. For Fulbright scholarship, GRE General is mandatory.

Hello. If you have a STEM degree, you can apply for OPT (Optional Practical Training) and stay there for 3 years (OPT can be extended for another two years after the first year) In this time period, you can take up an odd job if you want and continue to look for a permanent employment. If you have a non-STEM degree you can apply for OPT and stay there for one year to find a job.

Yes you can still apply as long as there is no cut off point recommended on the new application. If one aspect of your application is weak, other aspects can pull up your application. @@maazullah6845
