My 8 year old daughter has a small Christmas tree in her room that she keeps her Frey Life ornaments on along with ornaments she made with sayings like "don't forget to laugh everyday" and " do what you think you can't do". She had a paper she had to write in school about who was the one person she wanted to meet in life. She wrote about The Frey Life! Keep up the great work guys! God has big plans for you!

since 2008 i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and it took me a long time to realize I was never going to be "me" again being able to care for patients and lift people being a CNA and now to some days can't lift a gallon milk was so hard to transition to. Now I take my "normal" on a daily bases thank you so much Mary for helping me understand others feel this way too. With so many chronic illnesses out there it's a good feeling when you know your not alone. gentle hugs

Kayla Stirling Hang in there, Kayla😻I am an RN and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2004. I had to retire back in 2010 and it was hard to accept. Of course, the depression and anxiety that I began to struggle with were not easy and a failed back surgery and chronic migraines are tough to deal with at times. As I approach 50 and watch the Frey Life, I am truly inspired to do my best every day. When we feel good, we have to take advantage because tomorrow may be a day when we can't get out of bed. I'm finally at the point where I can't and don't feel guilty if I have a bad day or week. It took a long time to get to that point. Stay strong and take good care of yourself.😻

I no a couple of funereal homes that have working dogs on staff. They just go around & comfort people there grieving. It's such a great idea.

Isn't it amazing that God would set up the dinner sponsorship right when you needed it. God is so good. Praying for your friend's family comfort in their time of lost.

My normal has changed a lot the past year as well. My "normal" is sleeping in until noon and staying in bed for most of the day. And sometimes, that's the best I can do.

i totally agree with you on normals changing! I'm in the process of being diagnosed with EDS and I suffer from mental illnesses. So some weeks I'm good I can do almost everything I need to do and others I can barely get out of bed whether that be from anxiety, depression or just my body being painful and not at its best.

"Hey guys, look, I got a weed wacker!" not sure why that made me LOL so hard. Love you guys!

Dogs are definitely good for people, when my mother-in-law was in a nursing home with Alzheimer's I used to take my dog to visit. I'll never forget the day where there was a man who hadn't talked in months he saw my dog, through open his arms and yelled puppy! It was a very emotional moment the nurses were crying. It had been so long since he had talked and just seeing my dog there for a visit was enough to pull him back at least for a few moments.

Thank you for taking the time to make these videos daily. It's nice to know you're not alone when dealing with a chronic Heath issue.

We ate "roasteds" today (potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, beets, salt and parsley) and thought about you. They were SO good!

Accepting that your normal is something that changes often, is not the normal that you once had, and is nothing like most people's view of normal, is one of the toughest things with a chronic illness imo....I can deal with the surgeries, the tether of medications (can't go away without being sure you have enough, ant eve go out without knowing you have enough meds for emergencies), the frequent doctor/hospital visits, even knowing that I have an expiration date that is much closer than most people, but letting myself accept that my life is vastly different from what it once was (and from what most people think it should be) still causes me pain....

Normal is a setting on your washing machine....way to go doing your best and doing what you think you can't do! I just found out that Vertical Church Band is native to Chicago at Harvest Bible Chapel - too cool! Cheering on from Chicago!

I can't wait for your store announcements! I have a piece of my wall ready and waiting to be filled with The Frey Life love!

Ollie sure does make people smile :)

A year ago today I lost a very good friend of mine to a rare, orphan disease that she'd been fighting for so long. She was 24 when she died, and I miss her so much. It still doesn't feel real at times. I miss her so much, she fought hard, was bedridden for the most part, and was is tremendous pain, chronic respiratory failure, gastroparesis... and more and yet she was always there to encourage her friends, smile, and care about her family and friends. Miss you Amelia!

We love the Mickey shirt, Mary! It looks kind of sporty in that athletic grey colour.

I love how you said you couldn't be paid to go out. I thought earlier I wanted to go out to dinner tonight, then 15 mins later I was like 'uh no, leggings and an oversized Orioles shirt is soooo much better'

I received my beautiful prints in the mail yesterday with "Valerie's Flowers" and my car decal, they're awesome! Thank you so much! My mother loves your prints, so I'll be purchasing some more for Mother's Day. Thanks again guys! ❤

Jack D. ollie is a standard poodle, so he has hair, not fur. because of that the allergens that are normally a concern with pets just after lung transplant shouldn't be much of an issue in the same way because ollie is kept very well groomed.

Mary is so cute pretending to be sleeping and pretend snore. Hahaha! You guys are so inspirational. I am so sick and it all got into my lungs. I can't do anything today so slept a bit and been resting, taking meds. I hope this does not turn into pneumonia again. Very junkie right now lol. We take it one day at a time! So good to know you are doing better. I am so sorry about your friend, Prayers for family and friends. Your song was amazing! I woke up to see a dear old friends name in obituaries , this morning. She was a nurse, as was I, and we went through school together, from JR High and High School. She was ahead by two years, and we lost touch, but she was working at the local hospital when my Dad went through cancer struggles, years ago, and when my Mama was in and out of hospital, with heart problems and stroke. I know my friend is in Heaven, singing beautiful praises to God, for she had a beautiful voice! God bless you both, and Ollie! ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗✝️✝️✝️

I'm confined to a wheelchair and I'm thinking of getting a service dog. that's how I found you guys because I was checking out service dog videos and your stuff came up. I have learned more about CF since watching your stuff. what you have to deal with every day is tough but I love how you push through it and make the best of it. very inspiring!

Jscott2003 I have spina bifida as well. I currently have a little pup who is my best friend although not a trained service dog and, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs. Maybe one day. Hope you are having a great day.

I'm sorry for your loss,but happy to hear the service went well. That kind of thing takes so much out of you physically, too, no wonder you're so worn out, on top of not feeling well. I hope you get some rest!

People used to ask me what my normal is and I said "Nonexistant, my normal is constantly in flux" now since my infusions, everything has been pretty stable the past 5 years thankfully.

I get what you mean about your 'normal' always changing. Same goes for me, and it's hard for others to understand unless they live it. If I'm having a better day, or even a better week, people assume I'm not ill anymore. So frustrating.

Mary I always felt bad for you during your coughing but it has hit home for me the past few days I've been sick so I can't breathe well very congested and coughing non stop just a tiny taste of what you go through daily I admire the positivity you maintain praying for you daily

I hate when my doctor asks me if anything is abnormal. I have Crohn's Disease and years before diagnosis I had symptoms, but it was normal to me so I never knew to mention it. 😓

Mary I was thanking of you today I had surgery two weeks ago and had to come home with a drain tube in and when I got it took out today I was saying I ANT GOT NO TUBE IN SIDE IN MY SIDE I just had to tell you I used your song lol

Its really good to put parsley and a little bit of the lemon with the basil and put it on top of the steak. Its amazing

I just want to thank you guys. Lately I have been not where I wanted to be spiritually or mentally. Today harder than most. Somehow throughout my stressful day I kept thinking "Do what you think you can't do" it gave me munch needed strength thank you. For sharing hope and being an amazing role model of faith for me.

I know how it is to lose someone you know and close. March 7 2016 I lost my grandma. 20 days before her birthday. she lived a long and happy life.

My father in -law and my 18 year old cat (baby) Molly recently passed away. I understand what you mean about a new normal. Every day feels "off". I am so sorry for your loss. All of you are in my prayers.

Mary, I'm figuring out my new normal too. I've just found out I have a condition called POTS, postural orthostatic tachicardia syndrome. It's not technically a heart condition, but it affects the heart. I have to be very careful about the type of exercise I do & I'm having to start a lot of new habits. One thing I have to do is make sure I get more salt like you need to do. But with my CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) I get a couple of days every couple of months when I struggle to eat. I'm wondering how you make sure you get enough salt when you're not up to eating much. I need ideas. We don't have Gatorade in the UK & our equivalent of Gatorade doesn't have salt in it.
