The Emira is supercharged, its got an edelbrock super charger bolted to a toyota camry engine. Reliable and linear power and will also get 25mpg at 80mph.

Been watching strad since I was a kid in middle school, he still lived with burlacher and had 2 lambos in their garage (not including burlachaers vehicles). I’m now fixing to move into my own apartment. And watching strad grow with me has been enjoyable to say the least.

Congrats on the Emira Stradman! You got yours pretty quick. I've been waiting for a year since I spec'd it and put down deposit. Can't wait to see it on the channel. And PLEASE don't wrap it purple. That Seneca is beautiful.

James FYI, I'm pretty sure the Emira is supercharged, not turbocharged, at least the v6 is, the i4 is turbocharged I believe, anyways awesome video, can't wait for the next one.

I don't think it's really on California that Lotus can't sell the Emira in the US yet. The regs didn't change, Lotus just didn't bother to get the documentation in and approved when they should have.

Strad straight up won the life lottery! Not that he hasn’t worked his butt off but to have a floof like Oscar, a beautiful gf like Sophie who just seems so chill, a big ol’ house, killer car collection. It’s the American dream. Funny the smaller countach is almost the same size as the bigger one. Also you might need to add a Gintani exhaust to that lil one

I subbed to this channel when Strad had the Elise. As a Lotus Esprit owner it was one of the only Lotus channels around. It was fun and silly. (Like putting a girl/ his girlfriend in the trunk). I can’t wait to have James own a Lotus again.

Left foot braking & trail braking will dramatically improve your times. Sick setups, also I highly recommend Assetto Corsa with mods!
