LYRICS:
The sum of all the things you were
stayed in my mind
The people that you loved,
The ones you left behind
When you prayed
When you cried
When you broke down inside
All the light
Empty night, waiting
Get out
I broke down the wall on your side
I never should’ve put it up
Needed to shelter my mind
You’re never gonna know
When everything else is over
You’re just another memory
Maybe the test has just begun
The darkness of the sea
When you said it’s not for me
The mountain air so cold
Like the stories that you told
When you danced
When you smiled
When you walked through the fire
All the light
Empty night, waiting
Get out
I broke down the wall on your side
I never should’ve put it up
Needed to shelter my mind
You’re never gonna know
When everything else is over
You’re just another memory
Maybe the test has just begun.

MUST READ! (LISTEN TO IT 3 TIMES BEFORE JUDGING) SPOTIFY HERE: open.spotify.com/intl-es/track/6QxCFUl7u9Vzk8ALN8m3bf?si=7a19e4aa95e94838&nd=1&dlsi=68eafa945bfb4dca Hey guys, Estepario here: After 4 years making videos on KZread i've finally find the right people to start my own project. Even though we have several songs we decided to go with this one for one reason: It's the best one to break the ice: Believe it or not releasing a the first song made me feel anxious. I was too scared to choose one because I didn't want to disappoint any of you guys. After giving it a lot of thought I decided that the best way to fight against that feeling was to pick the song by heart and not by mind. That means putting the music before the drums. If you listen to it for a couple of times you'll notice how the melody gets stuck on your brain for the whole week. That was enough for me to decide to go with this one. we'll save the artillery for the next release. That being said we plan on uploading a song once a month until we finally release the whole album, however: YOU GOT THIS SONG ON SPOTIFY AND EVERY SINGLE STREAMING PLATFORM NOW! Thank you all guys from the bottom of my heart from being by my side on this quest. Hopefully this new project will bring me close to you on our next tour. I love you all.

This is a true testament to the character of the musicians in this band. They are all very capable shredders in their own respective talent. But the restraint of showing off to play a great rock song is what makes this special to me. We all know step could play most of this song one handed and just flex on everyone. But he doesn’t need to do that. It’s awesome!
I just love how underplayed estepario is. THATS the talent right there. Playing for the service of the song- not for showing off. We all know what he’s capable of but a drummers job is that rock solid clock. Love it 💪🏼👍🏼

Pretty much the hardest thing to do when you're a world-class drummer - sit back and accept when the song doesn't need a fill every 2 bars. The kick is engineered to excellence. The snare is tuned perfectly, nice and tight, dry and snappy. The kick is perfection.

Need more guys. Your sound is amazing. Looking forward to hearing more.
This is what I needed. When does the tour start? just play this and into the drone on repeat, noone will get bored
I was watching this and thought damn that bass player looks like my old colleagues kid Chris.... turns out it is him ha ha. Always a kickass bassist with so many chops 🤩

Nice 👍🏻 always cool to feel “connected”
Drums sound tight as hell, not compressed. This dudes vocals are on frickin point. Love it

Every rock song you hear the drums are compressed, including this.

@@obiwan5999 None of my recordings have been compressed, so there goes that theory. These probably have been, which pisses me off, because this is the last REAL drummer that needs no help whatsoever.

@@GirlsInYogaPantsAreSimplyNaked You can't tell when drums have been compressed (probably have) and you don't compress yours so I have my doubts as to how good your mixes are.
This has a feel of some music that I thought was lost... 🔥 reminds me of some dark new day riffs
Hope to see these guys tour Canada ASAP!
Fantastic!!!!!!!!!! I listened many times....incredible musicians.
It would have been funny to see him light a cigarette and drink his coffee while playing

Go The Cost!!! We need more!
When you get Goosebumps you know it’s good !
This has the heavy late 90s early 2000s hard rock/heavy metal vibe with solid vocals and good breakdowns. Very fun. Looking forward to the album.
A man putting the song before the ego. Props. No unnecessary showboating just composing what the song requires. Instant Spotify add. I suspect it will make it on my on repeat playlist
Awesome! I feel 20 years younger listerning to this tune.
Alta canción! Me sorprendió gratamente. Sigan así! Muy buena voz. Arreglos, modulaciones, tempos, las distorciones de guitarra y el riff final la fresa del postre!
I like it.... especially the voice...
Best single of 2024 for me by a mile!!! Looking forward to further releases.. Great job guys
That is my type of song!! Strong, breakdown, that clean voice!! 💪💪
This is so good! I can’t stop listening, and it’s better every time. What an amazing wall of sound they found here.
It's one of those songs that has a band that you play for the first time and you get that little tingly feeling inside knowing that you created something very special. Two thumbs way up absolutely loved it. You guys crushed it leaving me wanting more LOL
Bruh! LOVE IT!!! Has a “Queen of the Damned” soundtrack feel! That’s a great thing in my eyes! Bring back the 90-00s rock language!!!
This song is gorgeous & gives me goosebumps all over 🩷
I absolutely love both songs you've released and I can't wait for the album and tour!!! Come to AZ PLEASE
Great song, great musicians - playing it on repeat!
I have got to ask...how are you all feeling as a band about the reaction to this song? I really hope you all are feeling 100% proud of yourselves. 🎶🎧🎶😍
Obsessed!! ❤ Please make more… ASAP!

Fantastic looking forward to much much more
I LOVE THIS SONG!!!! Went to Apple, but couldn’t find it.
The fact that I felt compelled to listen to it again, and again, and again says it all for me. Great job guys!

Once I jam it, it repeats a few times cuz I can’t get enough of literally everything. Vocals to every sound you hear
El Estepario Siberiano here is like using an F1 car to nip to the shops. Na, it's nice to see you sitting in that pocket man. Respect. Can't wait to see more.
Ok....love the break down as well!!
Spotify recommended me this in Discover Weekly. Great song, it's really nice when youtube musicians have success in their more serious projects
This Song is AWESOME !!! I am EXCITED AF for The Cost to release more!!! Excellent music!! Excellent Singer, Excellent Bassist, and Sir Siberiano on the Time Machine !!!!
Cannot wait to hear the rest of the album. Outstanding track.
