My Migration Story: I peed, pooed in my shorts and cleaned my body with it - Returnee| Legit TV

After an unsuccessful trip to Libya on his way to Europe, Patrick is now a psycho-social volunteer who now preaches against illegal migration and trafficking.
The young man told Legit TV in the latest episode of My Migration Story, that parents are mostly responsible for their children's predicament, as they're mostly pressuring their offsprings.
"No be Osato be that? You no see the car wey him buy for the mama? You no see car wey him buy for him papa? Abi people wey dey Europe, dem get two heads," the Barber (by profession) quoted some parents to always say.

LEGIT TV... I'm wondering now, what is the purpose of these stories as a media house? If its just informational, we have a few years worth from una. Otherwise, what constructive thing is benefited? Do you partner with some help agency to help prevent this or is this now just for ratings?

The parents putting pressure on their children to go abroad, saying 'your mates who built house etc, do they have 2 heads'? Those parents, what were they doing when their mates travelled in your younger years, their mates that travelled then, do they have 2 heads? My mother struggled in the UK to set up a better life for her children. I admire her resilience and tenacity, so these parents should think before they send their children to their deaths or lifetime trauma
