Cheese - 6 pcs
Phyllo dough - 300 grams
Butter - 20 grams
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method of preparation

Fry the meat in a pan in hot oil with a little olive oil, for 2 minutes on each side, on a high heat.
We spread a sheet of phyllo dough, fold it in half and put a piece of cheese, put another sheet on top of the cheese and put a piece of chicken fillet, again put a sheet of phyllo dough, folded in half and another piece of cheese.
We roll up.
