He doesn't do the text in intros, no outros and no other stuff which every wannabe traveler does. This is a spot on the internet i come to unwind and i really appreciate this guy for existing.

Hey Mav! Propane driver here. I really think your propane company did you dirty. 30% on a 500 gallon tank is 150 gallons. They should be able to reach your tank from your driveway because the standard hose length on a bobtail propane truck is 100 Feet and they don’t/shouldn’t set tanks out of reach from the trucks hose regardless of snow or not. I’ve delivered in illinois winter snow storms and asking for a plowed/shoveled path is bananas. Either your driver is lazy or just plain incompetent. What I can tell you is you should not have to pay for an out of gas system check because you let the company know ahead of time how low you were. Hope this helps! Mad respect 🫡 Keep on truckin!

On the shores of Lake Superior, the snow gets to be waist deep. A path needs to be cleared to the tank, out of courtesy, if nothing else. The after hours call service isn't closely connected to the propane company, so their explanations may be inaccurate. All propane companies in Minnesota do after hours deliveries, but its a little expensive. I have the feeling Mav chose to not spend the extra charge.

As a former propane professional in northern Minnesota, I can attest Mavs story is BS. For one, a company doesn't hire an after hours call service if you don't offer after hours delivery.

The blue fiberglass tank is your water softener which has resin inside of it. The smaller black tank is your brine tank it holds salt which is used to regenerate the resin. You're going to want to make sure your system regens based on gallons used and not just on days or else you can go through a silly amount of salt. Important to keep the water soft with that tankless.

Hey Mav the best way to make homemade crispy French fries is slice them how you like them!! Heat your oil up to desired temperature!! And then deep fry but not all the way to done ness!! Take out and tap dry with paper towels!!! Then put into a zip lock bag and put in the freezer!!! By doing this way the center should be cooked already and done!! By freezing them it makes the center of the French frys almost like an ice cube!! After letting them freeze over night take and heat oil up again to desired temperature!! Dump the frys in from the portion size zip lock bags that you had filled before!! Don’t let the frys thaw out before throwing them into the hot oil!!! Fry until you get your desired crispyness that you like!!! This gives the outside of the frys a chance to brown up really nicely and become crispy and warms the inside of the frys up nicely to where you actually have a little bit of potatoe inside!!! Makes for the best homemade French frys ever!!! They definitely do not come out all soggy like as if you was to do everything in the same day and not freezing them first!!! Definitely give this way a try and let me no what you think!! I definitely like my frys to be nice and crispy and definitely not soggy!!! We would definitely get compliments all the time on are frys at a restaurant that an old friend of mine’s mom and step dad owned!!! After done you can sprinkle salt on them or even some lawreys seasoned salt is awesome also!!! I’ve been to a restaurant were they wanted to have all homemade appetizers on the menu and there frys would come out so greasy and soggy I definitely could not even eat them they was so saturated in oil they was so gross!!! Awesome video buddy and remember keep up all the hard work buddy!!!

There should be levers on your wood stove to control the rate of burn to save on wood. You could have cooked on top of that gorgeous stove! It's fun to slow cook a soup on top of the wood stove. Good luck with your awesome house. It was super smart to convert the half bath to a 3/4 and the 3/4 into a full. All of your improvements have added value.

I really like your home 🏡 just perfect in my opinion for sure you will have make some Tweeks here and there. I love your kitchen, Auto garage separate from the house nice as no auto fumes coming inside you might want to upgrade in the future to a axillary back up electrical system for those times when power goes out in the community. Awesome country views nice sun deck you have good taste ☺️

Wow, that's crazy! Our tank is plowed to a point.... but then they've got the LONG hose to walk the rest of the way. We do have a path from the driveway to the tank. This is Minnesota, We get SNOW, and LOTS of it. They deal with this every day. Your path looks just fine!

Mav, I've only been watching you for a few days, but I have to say that I am enjoying all your videos I have seen so far. I have been to Minnesota during the summer for vacation as a child, and I love the state. I remember going fishing as a kid. It was so fun. Your new house is so neat. So is your truck, and all your vehicles. You take pride in them. You for sure have a new fan.

Hey Mav - I know a guy, who knows a guy, who knows a guy, who has worked for a Northern Minnesota propane company, NOT COMO, for over 10 years now, and he told me that he has customers who he has only met once at the initial fill and leak checks setup. When a customer signs up for a "Keep Filled" plan, the customer never runs out of propane, EVER! And also he does 24 - 7 on-call weekend work. By the way, that propane guy mentioned just so happens to be my Brother In Law. So if you are interested in learning if his company can service your area, just let me know. The house looks fantastic!

Myself and my family do home renovations for a living and i gotta say man youve made some very solid choices, added a significant amount of value to that house and she looks clean af, shame im in Aus or i would have dapped you up hard with some fire goodies In regards to the deck, a solid sanding back on that wood if its not rotted and a fresh varnish/paint would be a good way to rejuvinate that bad boy and not break the bank, or knock down those planter boxes on the deck and around the side and just add a simple railing Lemme know if you need any advice x

The house looks pretty good. It's like a big man cave. Good thing you had the wood burner, you can even cook on it. Bigger is better if it's for sale, otherwise it's just more to carry around. Seeing bigger is better than having it. A lot of your fans would like to be good to your body. You will never be sorry for using good supplements. Some stuff just isn't in the food anymore. Good video. Pax.
