Till date, I still don't understand the tenets of journalism practiced by nowadays media practitioners. These crop of new journalists, jump right on your tongue after asking a thought provoking question, even before you attempt to respond. Many of them will ask three to four questions in one breathe and intermittently interrupt, albeit rudely and recalcitrantly, depriving you the chance to speak. It is indeed annoying!

@@ng1471 I followed Al-Mustapha's appearance at the Lagos High Court in 2011 and the testimony of Sergeant Rogers at the Oputa panel. Under cross-examination at the Lagos High Court in 2011, Al-Mustapha admitted that he controlled the hit squad but conveniently denied knowing about the successful assassination and attempts on the lives of Abraham Adesanya, Alex Ibru, Kudirat Abiola, Alfred Rewane, Segun Osoba, and many others. I don't know if you lived in Nigeria during the terror of the Abacha regime. If you did and actually believe that Al-Mustapha is telling the truth, then he has once again proved that he Is well-trained as a security operative and well-versed in disinformation. It's ridiculous that throughout this interview and other interviews he has given, he never admitted any responsibility for his actions in the past, but instead continually shielded himself by just being a soldier following orders. Al-Mustapha is just a shameless coward who wants to be crowned a victim. His story in this interview is stupidly akin to a thief who comes to your house and steals your goat and yams. While he is on his way back to his house with his loot, the goat eats all the yams. Now the thief is arrested and when questioned about the missing yams, he answered "the goats ate the yams", conveniently diminishing the fact that he stole the yams first before the goats ate them. A case of cleverly using misdirection to make all the attention go to the goat and not him the thief.

Take it or leave it, I said it then & I say it again, Mustapha is dangerously a vital asset as long as Nigeria’s security is concerned. He is extremely good at his job, a die-hard intelligent soldier, an outstanding strategist, dangerous as your enemy but better as your friend. Will he be a friend of Nigeria or coming for revenge? Personally I love this guy. I don’t judge a person by the media. He is not a saint, but he is far better than our criminal politicians.

....Until we understand that we're being blindsided by some people about this Abacha issue. We were sold a particular narrative that Mustafa is an illiterate who could not pass his promotion exams, but the reverse is true. Mustafa's loyalty to his Oga + consistency with what he said then( oputa panel) & now, now makes more sense to me, simply put some people( AGIPS who were not allowed to share national cake🎂 r not happy with Abacha hence the vilification). And until you objectively analyse and evaluate issues in Abacha time with harsh economic conditions( sanctions, embargoes, Nigeria was a pariah state) & the present time, b4 forming a judgement, you'll b shell shocked (puzzled the heck out of yourself). Abacha (Nigeria) weathered lots of sanctions from the international community, whose whole aim was to shipreck our economy( forex exchg was relativly stable, minimal inflation etc). He was the only leader that slightly adjusted the fuel price from 5.60k to 11naira or thereabout. The windfall was put to good use thru PTF: subsidized drugs in the hospitals, building/ rehabilitation of hospls, schs, text books, roads including 1st ever road that was built in a street, where I formerly resided in a particular Eastern state. I witness the transformation 1st hand in orthopedic hospital, when I went to see a friend that had an accident in back then in the late 90s, etc He was one leader that didn't really travel much within Nigeria states + outside the country. Abacha was among the no nonsense top soldiers Nigeria has had, who will not tolerate any kind of insurrection, even amongst his tribesmen, vintage Abacha will have none of it (remember master minders of Kano riot where fished out & executed). But today, Nigeria is one bad day away from being a failed state, with records that does not inspire confidence( naija is on the tenterhook). Poverty clock says higher% of Nigerians are living below poverty line. Juxtapose the realities ( corruption) now and then. A vessel of 3m barrel of Nigeria crude was caught in Equatorial Guinea some time. We've never had it this bad my dear. Now we have what we have( corruption run amok). Granted, he was no saint, in the brutality corridor, Abacha was brutal/ruthless. My own is, distribute the shame evenly, those calling him names r not saints either & the truth is so foreign, and such a distant phenomenon to them. My point is that, there is much more to this than is already apparent. Sometimes, I think the time to pray for Nigeria has expired, but who knows, like we might get it right this time Obediently.

A people who don't know their ancient histories , how their fathers and mothers ruled the whole world, now today, are worst than slaves, degenerate, decadent, a shame to their generation. The day Nigerians know who they are, before the evil nations came and conquered us, destroyed us back to the Stone Age, We were Nations formed to be a country called Nigeria. When my people wake up, we will see the end of the lies of Christianity, Islam and all religions of the world, that were created out of our histories after they destroy us. The Most High loves us, His Mercies has endured till now and will endure forever. The wicked will be put to shame and they will not go unpunished- Naija, I beg wake up , sons and daughters of greatness, wake up Naija, the birth place of humanity is in NIgeria, this is historically documented and it is in our oral histories also. Wake up Naija. Make una vote Obi, that will be the beginning of our salvation from utter destruction, this caused by our people, the leaders who have wrecked NIgeria, Africa inclusive. We are in the diaspora, I am in a foreign land. As an historian, a mechanical engineer and an artist, I speak on behalf of our team here in Germany. Our technical team is ready to work in NIgeria for the NIgerian people, making Nigeria productionally great. We have all natural resources to achieve these goals, be it producing machines, automobiles, aircrafts, ships, boats, military hardware, electronics etc I have over two decades of experience in working in top german mechanical engineering sector, to building tunnel drilling machines, building washing machines, I have seen it all, in other words, I have studied, how production companies are built NIgeria's histories are also hidden in basements of Universities, books, Museums, LIbraries, hospitals etc. There are 6,800 Museums in Germany, most of them have our histories are in their top Museums, having so called artifacts stolen from Nigeria, many more in basements, including human remains in thousands of cartons, these were victims of murders, executions and medical experiments. In one sentence, praise be to the Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama, Olodumare, Osanobua, Oghene who showed us the secrets of the wicked, who led us to our lost histories and what is being hidden from us by oyinbo. Nigerians, Africans, the whole world will be shocked, shakened, when the truth about who we are comes out. Nigeria is sitting on many riches, the only Nation that is flowing with milk and honey. Our Nations's histories have been divided amongst other created Nations of the wicked, in so called Arabia, in Europe and of course Israel. Nigerians especially will be more shocked, that our histories are also the Christian BIble, Islamic Quran, and the so called philosophies of the Greeks, were stolen from Nigeria. Rome know us, they knew our forefathers as well, they know the truth. We really are a great people, no wonder, those who know us, i.e. America, Arabia and Europe, call us the Giant of Africa, because they know who we are- For the Christians and those who care to know, read Psalms 83 and cry for what came upon us and those who brought great destructions upon us and made sure, we will never know , who we are as a people. That is just a chip on the Iceberg. In most European books on West Africa, especially in Germany, mother of Europa, our histories , is said tobe iunknown, except for our oral histories. Which is not true. We have mountains of evidences, especially in Nigeria, where uncovered great civilizations remain underground, these are civilizations which are as greater as in Egypt. Since their destructions, America, Britain, Rome, Germany, Holland and other colonial powers have constantly kept watch, making sure, we remained uninformed about our great histories. In conclusion, we, my Team of scientists, engineers, historians, architects can be an excellent to what is on ground to make our people great again. I have tried many times in vain, to reach out to many in government, they are all blinded by the evil that is in all of them. The only way out, is for us retrace our steps back in ancient histories, to know who we are, who our forefathers were, what happened in the past , for us to see where we went wrong, before things fell apart. This will definitely unite us. Every corner of Nigeria is rich in great natural resources, gold , precious stones, bitumen, all types of metal in great deposits, oil etc and of course human resources, The two biggest old mines of old are in Northern part of NIgeria. Nigeria is that Land in your Bibles, that is flowing with Milk and Honey and the wicked know these facts. And not created Israel by oyinbo, they have nothing compared to us. The true sons of and daughters of Yakub( called by oyinbo Jacob) are in Nigeria, and in all continents of the world. We can build production companies of great quality all over the Nation, in two years, NIgeria will control the West african market, in four years, AFrica will be buying Made In Nigeria's goods. Our military will be strongest, we will be working day and Night, in a short time, it will become evident. There are thousands of NIgerians working in production companies in Germany alone, not to talk of other european or American or Arabian or Asian countries. I have more than enough technical drawings which can be brought to reality by having this mechanical machines to be produced. We will do exactly what they did to us, to become who we can become in greatness. I have worked for Nigeria in foreign landing, call it, spying for your country like the Chinese, Japanese, other Asians did. I saw them(Asians) many times in our production halls, taking pictures, and then going back to their countries, to study these pictures and reproduce, replicate our machines using different designs, morelese altering designs, this was done in all facets of german technology this is a known phenomena since decades. Brother Peter Obi has our vote, he speaks our language. I am not a business man nor a trader, but a scientist, a Nigerian trained engineer in Lagos, who loves building machines and is trained to produce them, I dream to have audience with him, just for 15 minutes, he will be convinced. It is not about money, I can work for Nigeria for free, without conditions. We are the most looted , most destroyed people in history, the greatest cover up, the greatest conspiracy, both have to do with us. I will be posting this everywhere I can, thanks for reading. Every Nigerian must read, or should if they care about our lost histories, the book of the wife of Lord Lugard, titled Tropical Dependency. Lady Lugard exposed many truths of who the inhabitants of NIgeria really are. It is on internet, and it can be downloaded from archive dot org for free. It was Professor Marcus Garvey, father of pan Africanism, who schooled Obafemi Awolowo and Nnamdi Azikiwe on African histories, and through Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan I found this book. NB: Any Nigerian who cares to know more, can easily contact me, I am working for You. Adara. Ise, Ase.

@Joe plus ①②①⑨②⑦①②①⓪⑧ The gap between the hard facts and the controlled propaganda/narrative released to the public is so wide & miles away from each other. It's like serving the unquestioning/unthinking audience their regular opium (Anything to distract the populace from their own reality). ....and that's the power of the media my dear. When verdict is predetermined(parti pris), media bonfire against you is unleashed and continuously stoked, no amount of truth/oratory will save you, only God will. 3 Hard facts: (1) Compare stability in exchange rate/economy during Abacha time with all the harsh conditions; sanctions, embargoes, Nigeria pariah state status at the time and now.( PTF comes to mind, slight increase of 5 naira in our Petroleum products where put into good use). (2) Compare Security(insurrection, religious uprisings even in the north, crime, civil disobedience, insecurity in general)during Abacha time and now. (3) Compare Corruption during Abacha time and now. ( Today a vessel of 3m barrel valued at 300m usd or more can jst vanish without trace in a month. Both Fed, State and Local govt are on looting spree. Going further, ridiculously Termite and Snakes now swallows money) As a Nigerian from South East extraction, I'll have you know that, I don't know Abacha then, neither do I know Mustafa. But I've lived long enough as an adult in Nigeria to know when wools are being pulled over my eyes. I'm not saying Abacha was a saint. It's just that tough rulers, even when they mean well for their countries are usually undermined/destroyed from within (by the local vermin in the system) or without (by western imperialists). Compare Iraq with Saddam & without Saddam . Compare Libya with Gaddafi & without Gaddafi. I just feel he has his good sides too, which no one is talking about, irrespective of the fact that some looters who are calling him looter because he didn't allow chop make I chop + he's dead & cannot defend himself, are looters themselves. Our government should stay on the issue, and leave person wey don die alone nau.
