One sometimes hears criticism of high school education in the USA. After watching your videos of high school productions I have great respect and admiration for the US school system. These young people are stunning. I'm sorry so many of them got Covid. Greetings from Ireland.

Education in the US is very hit and miss, you would have to have a fairly enthusiastic theater dept to pull this off.

The show was incredible looks like so much fun to be a part of. I remember in my school/church we did a Living Stations of Christ’s Passion. I played one of the Apostles and was one of the men who carried Jesus off to be buried. It was so much fun. God Bless 🙏🏻

When I hear some of the soloists I'm wondering whether this is a regular highschool or a conservatory. These voices are very good!

Don't want to sound too negative, I thought Luis, Emery, and Joseph particularly did really good jobs, the vocals are just a little short in inflection, annunciation to be 100%, but still a really good job. I'm looking really critically though, I expect things like the beginning of I dreamed a dream to be an emotional roller coaster, the lyrics are kind of instruction, be a soft voice, be inviting, be exciting, take it down because its all gone wrong, etc. that takes a lot of direction. Stars is really showing Javert's psychoses, going from Javert's intolerance and seething hate to him being caught up by the calm and the peace of the night sky and back again, again not something easy to pull off without professional direction.

I’m kinda confused… There are two boys in the front row of One Day more, but the one with a rifle isn’t wearing red, whereas a typical red coat of Enjolras is worn by the guy on the left. Can anyone explain me who played Marius and who was Enjolras? Thanks in advance)

Marius is the one in the white shirt with red jacket, Enjolras is in the red shirt with the gray jacket :)

It’s a very interesting decision) At first I was like did they change the order of the lyrics? And what is more, the guy who played Marius looked more like Enj than the other actor did. But still. It’s an amazing production and I’m very jealous cause our school doesn’t have a musical theatre. Good luck!
