I had a giggle at @raelan.agle and her fantastic response when I challenged the widely held belief that we need to always reduce our sympathetic response for recovery ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia/POTS/MCS.
It's so easy to try and oversimplify or generalise regarding health conditions or the recovery process. If we can recognise that people experiencing this illness are not all the same, then we can surely see that we need to fine-tune our approach.
