The 2021 SG Dark is my first Gibson. I just got mine Friday of last week.

Jam Nights were SO MUCH FUN here in L.A. ooooh. Legendary. Then Covid hit like a meteor. The Whisky STILL hosts Tuesdays. Just went! Yep. I havn't cracked the player's list yet. So sometimes I strum my acoustic outside a bit and join in. The locals love it ha ha! Tough nut to crack - Ultimate Jam Night Tuesdays. Darn we missed your Whisky gig. Shucks.

NICE STRATS!! 'Never knew you played Strats, baby! Believe it or not, we've only seen your Les Paul vids, baby. ha ha ! I have a stock grey mist Strat with mother of pearl pickguard. LOVE it. Played it out 100 times at jam nights at Petie's Place Reseda, California. Love it!

Nice family Ray. You can really see the family resemblance too (Silverbursts) Great that you've kept your very first guitar, try to never lose track of that one. Also, as a younger player I would encourage you to start looking for a Birth Year guitar for yourself. I'm still searching for mine, however I was born in 1962 and the cost is approaching substantial! Had I picked myself up a '62 when I was your age I'd have been able to afford it! Just my $.02 Cent, love your channel

The Jazzmaster baritone is still the best & unique guitar i ever used for almost 4 years now! I'm kinda eyeing another 30" instrument to use as a Bass VI down the road. I love mine in A/Ab Standard too much

Beautiful Collection. Just a FYI When I was Touring someone tried to steal one of my Les Paul Customs. Now I use the Apple Air Tag. I hide them under the fabric inside the cases.

We traded guitars a lot at the Petie's jam nights. The Rainbow, too. Upstairs. With other shredders like Jimmy Silcox and Asher from Austin. We traded around Asher's Jacksons, Andy's Esp/Ltd ec 1000, I think, Jimmy's '76 Black Beauty ($$) wow, my Strats and Ibanez shredders.

Dude, please hit me up when you sell that Douglass. I've been dying to get into the baritone world at a lower price. Also, as a long-time fan of your channel, it would be an honor for me to own a played by SMR guitar.

i have a 79 lp artist i ripped all the moog elctronics out and made my own, also have distortion and a jazz in it and have 3 mini toggle on it for split, split and out of face. its great for almost all i love it but im also a big sg guy i have 8 sgs 😅 no im no a guitar junkie 😂😂😂

It's his number 1 Baritone but he also said his number 1 guitar is a Les Paul Standard. So I don't know which is the actual number 1. At first you would think that's a pretty big price difference between the two but as much as those Squier Baritones are selling for today they're almost the same price you could get an LP Standard for.

Ray I have to say the Jim Root is my favorite! The worn in makes just beautiful. Les Pauls are always my go to and favorite but the Jim Root is number 1 for me. I just recently was donated a Squire Jim Root tele since I lost all my gear in the house fire. Will you PM about your Donor? Need to replace my daughter’s Les Paul from the fire and there wasn’t enough from insurance to replace them.

I'm just guessing but I think he would probably just return it to GC so he could get a full refund rather than selling it for less money. But you could always get a GC credit card. They often run special financing for Gibsons. I got 4 years no interest on my last new Gibson, came out to less than 50 bucks a month.

We keep saying Squier and Epiphone are supposed to be cheap but they keep knocking it out of the park. Their reputation for cheapness is all but gone, especially with Gibson putting ot ridiculously expensive guitars with obvious QC issues.

I'll buy the shit out of that Douglas
