Preparation and ingredients:
600 g pork fillet.
Cut pork fillet into pieces.
Today I will prepare a very simple and delicious dinner for you!

Mash the pieces of meat lightly with your hands.
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Mix spices well.
Sprinkle the pork fillet pieces with spices on one side and the other.
4 large potatoes.
Place a potato on the foil.
Add some vegetable oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Wrap well in foil.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
Place in the preheated oven at 200°C / 392°F for 60 minutes.
Remove potatoes from oven and remove foil.
Let the potatoes cool.
Cut 250 g bacon.
Fry the bacon until golden brown.
Place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
Add 20 g butter.
The pan must be hot.
Add a few sprigs of thyme.
Fry the pieces of meat over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Place the fried pork tenderloin pieces on a separate plate.
Halve the cooled potatoes lengthwise.
Make depressions in the potatoes and form boats.
Place excess potato core in a separate bowl.
Add 20g melted butter to the reserved mashed potatoes.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Puree the potatoes well.
A small bunch of dill.
Add dill and bacon to mashed potatoes.
Mix well.
Put small pieces of vegetable oil into potato boats.
Do the same with the potato filling and distribute it evenly.
150g cheese (I used cheddar cheese).
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.
Place in the oven at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.
Chop 2 onions.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
Fry onion.
Peel 2 medium apples.
Cut apples into slices.
Sauté apples with onions.
Fry the apples until they become soft like mashed potatoes.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
60 ml apple juice.
Place the pieces of meat in a pan with onions and apples.
Pour the juice left over from the meat over it.
Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
The potato is ready to serve.
