RECIPE:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
3 sticks of celery.
1 carrot.
1 sweet red pepper.
Stir the vegetables.
1 sweet orange pepper.
1 courgette.
2 potatoes.
Mix well.
1 chili pepper.
2 garlic.
Chop finely.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Thyme.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable broth 1 liter.
Let it cook for 15 minutes.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Parmesan.
Thyme.
Cook in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10-15 minutes.
Frozen peas 1 cup.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Parsley.
Add parsley.
The soup is ready!
It is very aromatic and incredibly delicious!
