Injuries are such a pain. I have a torn rotator cuff that just keeps coming back whenever I push things just a little. It's so hard but you have to give it time, sometimes months to heal while doing light rehab exercise. Good luck! I have been training 45 years and appreciate anyone who loves training!

Hi Vladislava. You are a inspirational to me, as you have a great personality, great physique. You seem a calm, humble, and genuine person who loves to workout and enjoys life. Don't listen what others say/tell you. You go do what you believe you can do and be amazing. But what surprises me, is that I am also 5'9 or 5'10 and I weight 80.5kg. Love your vlog. Grew up with power lifters. Will be nice to learn more about the details of bodybuilding. I personally do not lift, I was always more of a runner. Because I grew up around people that lifted, I guess I have always been a bit curiosity about it. Looking forward to more posts.

Please keep on uploading even if you are in your hometown, your channel can have varieties of video instead of limiting to fitness videos only. Definitely keep growing here and with more training videos and vlogs like day in prep. Also there's evident that an editor is doing a superb job, clearly he has experience, if you want this KZread account to explode expedientially like your IG account, then you should definitely keep this editor and the videographer that took the majority of those shots and another tool would be collabs with already established, like you did with Mike, but more in your field like Joesthetics or Larry Wheels etc. This entails traveling but all the better. Health-wise, if you don't aspire to conquer titles, then yes stay as far away as possible from the competition stage, prep mode is ok if done carefully, but stepping on stage is not something that long-termly will help you, especially health-wise

I laughed when you said continuous "ok", you're energy is incredible.

After all the deaths that have been surfacing through substance abuse, you'd think this woman would think twice with her gimmick. Priortise your health, leave the anadrol/tren of whatever you're taking and regulate a healthier approach to the fitness industry. Been in the industry for 8 years & I've never even contemplated substance abuse. One day it will catch up to her.
