India has a lot of metal but sadly 99% of them r underground
I'm an OLD Metalhead, kinda stuck in my ways and sounds even but I recently heard this song myself and I have to say I haven't been this excited over a song in easily 20 years. Their sound is so fresh, upbeat and yet still incredibly powerful, haven't heard anything like them in decades.
Metal music will never die. It’ll just evolve
That...was surprisingly fuckin awesome. Had NO IDEA India had a metal genre but my God, if this is what they're bringing to the table, I gotta delve! Thanks for the cultural enrichment bro!
How to really bring your culture into the metal !! All those instruments, the indian language, and that music video !!

killerdove thanks!
Bloodywood is absolutely off the charts. These dudes have a killer sound, and the messages behind their songs...yeah. Fun fact, the dancers made up those moves in about 15-30 minutes after finding out that Bloodywood was going to shoot the video. The two groups had never met before.
I love the fact that their kindness shines through even in moments when aggression is a key emotion. Just look at the scene where the scream vocalist is riding a donkey (or mule). For the best production, it's important to express all his energy, but since he cares about the donkey, he doesn't jump on him and doesn't shake like crazy, all he can afford is to make a few hand movements and sit still. Love and care for an animal is above quality. It's so sweet! 😭
Do Endurant !!! For Bloodywood too Its a beautiful message to the world and it sure will make you cry

Check Machi Bhasad.
"Ari Ari" was the first song I heard from Bloodywood... instantly hooked. But believe me... live those guys are: Just. Freaking. Amazing!!! Saw them in Frankfurt in July.... Can't tell when I saw such a power on stage and being so lovely to their fans. Next day I was hoarse and couldn't move my head because my neck was so stiff thanks to immense headbanging. Totally worth it! Will definitely do it again! Can't wait!!! Bloodywood
using cultural instruments to a Metal Song, they rock!!! just found a new band
Highly recommend 'Machi Bhasad (Expect a Riot)' by Bloodywood. It's a badass song.

@@bearguy7429 From what I was just reading, there's a lawsuit by Cristian and all the other members who "parted ways" against Dave for shady business dealings and sounds like maybe extortion with him being the band's manager. All I know is Dave's current lineup has Jes DeHoyos on lead guitar and I hope Jes doesnt associate with him if hes a snake like that. I know Jes and he's killing it with Sons of Texas (check them out if you dont know them. Great band and guys) and I'd hate to see his rep tarnished dealing with shady people or being torn away from Sons.

@@bearguy7429 Right now there's 2 Ill Ninos and it's a mess with them both suing one another and making nasty personal and business accusations. That sucks. I'm messaging Jes and telling him to dip while he can, not that my opinion matters, lol.

wauw first time I see Bloodywood, I love them, thank you for reacting to them. This give me the opportunity to know them. Really good music!
Damn. This was actually really good. I didn't think it would be. But that's why you have an open mind. You try things out. A lot of times, it pays off. Thanks for sharing this though as I never would've seen it.
Alex im loving the metal around the world thing. I love seeing people incorporating the native sound into metal music its awsome keep it up.
Yesssss!! Love that you finally reacted to this and loved it as much as I thought you would! Love these guys and you, Alex! Keep rocking!

I found this song a while ago. It was recommended on my Spotify and it was so hype and so cool. I listen to it constantly. It is a mainstay in my workout playlist
It's about time! I've been wanting to see you react to them for over a year! They are funny, talented, and socially conscious. And, they just finished up their 1st tour in Europe. I've been supporting them on Patreon for more than a year. Karan, Jayant, or Raoul - if one of you sees this, I'm a big fan! I hope to see you perform in the US someday!
They are on tour these day , they played on Wacken Open Air Raoul is, since a few weeks, also a full fledge member of the band . Their covers are cool and all, but their own work is so much more . In their work they deal with social issues like depression, bullying and what not . For example checkt out "Jee Veerey". In short 'Bloodywood fan 4 life' here .
As always, Alex, thank you for enlarging my music pool. That was absolutely f**king awesome! Thank you to Bloodywood. Imma share this with several ppl. Thanks KZread for allowing this to happen. And than you to all the Hefnerds for following him long enough to cover this. My life wouldnt be what it us without it.
I think you'd enjoy Jee Veerey by them (Bloodywood) as well. Definitely a song that will hit home, at least they did with me. Keep up the good work bro
Well.....that was amazing. 😮 Now I have to go listen to that 1,000 more times. Thanks so much, Alex!
I'm so glad you discovered this!!. They are such a fresh band. And incorporating their own culture into the music works amazingly. I saw them live a few weeks ago, something like their 8th or 9th EVER show. Only a week or 2 before they played WACKEN. Yes they played the legendary wacken on their first tour for their 13th ever show!!!!. They are EPIC OF EPIC EPICNESS!!. and boy were they good live 😁😁😁😁😁
Thank you Alex for turning me onto yet another band I didn't know existed. Keep up the awesome work!
Absolutely LOVE these guys!!! So happy to see em in one of your vids!!
Hef my man, welcome to Bloodywood! They have quite the list for you to check out - Machi Bhasad, Jee Veerey, Endurant... These guys are bringing a message to the people through sick ass metal

FUCK YEAH! So glad you checked this one out, knew you'd love it.
Dude this band kicks ass I've heard them from this track
Yay Alex finally something exsotic but still BabyMetal Rondo of Nigthtmare (with Mischiefs of God intro) live waiting for your reaction
You introduced me to something new, which is new. I totally dig this, even though it's not my usual taste in metal. Thanks brother.
I’m do pleased you’ve heard this!!! What a sound these guys make, I absolutely love the integration of the dhol drums (I think they’re dhol drums) with the heavy guitars, it works incredibly well. If you fancy more rap integrated with metal, I’d so so recommend you to listen to Public Enemy ‘Bring Tha Noice’ with Anthrax!! You might know the original but honestly the version with Anthrax just adds another level to it for me! Cheers Alex 😃
All these other requests for more from Bloodywood, you should give Machi Bhasad a listen on screen or off. It's a badass song too!
Faith no more - Epic
It really great to see some one enjoy this as much as I do!
Thanks to yur reaction video that I've known Bloodywood. Keep it Up mate, U'r a great KZreadr!
