Mate, props for reviewing this. Discovered them a while ago and had a similar reaction; very New Metal but awesome vibe. Love it! Just had to comment as I had the same reaction to the breakdown/rhythm but I'm in the UK and play bodhran, traditional Irish/Celtic drum, where you heard Maori I definitely heard Irish...some rhythms just seem universal! Used to work to work with a bunch of guys from various asian backgrounds, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi etc, we had a work party with a DJ and live dhol (the bhangra drum in the video) players walking about in the crowd, feckin awesome! Personally, I think non-rapper vocalist is phenomenal. Anyway, off to check out the rest of your channel \m/

I discovered this video/song a couple of months ago and it became my new favorite jam for a good long time. But the best part (for me) is the guys with the fans on their heads, jumping up and down. Who are they, what it is the significance of those things. This video is a tour de force.

They've been on my Playlist since it came out! Greetings from the U.S.! Has The Hu - Wolf Totem - been suggested yet?? Mongolian Folk Metal song. Super unique sound with some wicked custom instruments. There are 2 versions with the newest featuring Jacob Shaddix. I jam to their other songs too. Enjoy!

Exact same reaction I had. When that prechorus hit I was in shock... and when the proper chorus hits, shook is the word. It's just staggeringly powerful. My wife's family is first gen over in the US from Mumbai. The political climate over there is as hopeless as here- but with a vastly more deadly oppressive urgency. These guys put that feeling to sound, and they do the same with treatment of women, etc. Love these guys.

Right? It's always the same story when people react to their first bloodywood song 1. Not sure how this will be but y'all suggested this so fuck it let's go 2. Woah this dude has good English and the instruments are also great 3. Dude this second vocalist just blew my mind 4. Fan for life
