You could do matching winter accessories! Some mitts, ear cover/headband, and small scarf!

What a fun wish to be granted! I have two patterns, but don’t remember if you’re a shawl person. One is the Ferny Corner by Emma of Woolly Mammoth. You would need 60g of contrast color, but you definitely have enough of the main color and could be a way to use up a partial skein from your pantry. The second is the Lone Skein Shawl by Joji Locatelli which is designed to use one skein of fingering weight yarn.

I’m not a super big shawl knitter, but I’m open to it! Thank you for sharing these- they’re beautiful. That lace panel in Ferny Corner 😍😍

Lovely catching up with your Hannah! Definitely see the color scheme going on in this episode - so earthy golden brown and autumnal! That Explorer Knits sock set looks lovely (I haven't tried their yarn either but I do enjoy seeing other peoples' yarn by them!). Okay, no socks .... Mitts (Tin Can Knits World's Simplest Mittens) and cowl with some stripes? Musselburgh Hat? The Sweet Li'l Scarfette by Ambah O'Brien would be super cute. The Lightweight Hipster by Joji Locatelli is a one skein fingering weight shawl if you feel the itch to knit a small shawl that can be worn as a scarf. I've been knitting the Ripple Camisole by Jessie Maed Designs as an underlayer piece (modified from her Ripple Bralette pattern but she does have an actual pattern for the Ripple Camisole) in one skein of fingering weight yarn (for reference, I cast on the medium size and knit a body length of 12" but more details on my Ravelry if you're interested!). Hope these ideas get some brainstorming going! Take care~Stephanie

thanks for another episode, the sock yarn is very beautiful and the the way you got it is amazing... what about a Ranunculus sweater held together with a very thin strand of mohair (1200m/1312yards) I made that and I love it - it was not really oversized... much love from Germany

I think the Hobbit vest uses around 400y. Or the Sara vest by eweknit Toronto. I made a few shawls too, I think Amber from A lovely yarn podcast made a video on something similar.

Hi, thank you for the episode. Lovely yarn, you can maybe knit a shawl, with the edge in the other color. I'm now knitting at "Kerstin sweater" by Agnes Brandels (vintervarmt), a child sweater to my nephew ☺ Have a lovely november to you, greetings from Sweden.

hi Hannah! a video quality comment: the volume is kinda low compared to the volume of the ad that played mid-video. I just started the passport pullover for a friend's newborn the other day and it has been so much fun and great for working through scraps! and I plan to gift some of the knitting books with future gift knits :)

How nice to just get this wish granted! I'm sure the socks would be lovely. I kind of love the slipover idea, but do you think it would be enough yardage? I've seen some people make the sweet shop blanket but I think there will be a pattern for a cushion cover soon, that looks lovely! So maybe something for your home? If you have scraps in similar colors. Or a Shawl, if you use them. Haha so many options:) anyway, I'm sure you'll make something beautiful with it!
