Speaking of cuffing up, I had to cuff up a serial killer named Larry Eyler (the Interstate Killer) when I worked at Pontiac Correctional Center, in the condemned unit in Pontiac, IL. It's truly bizarre, no one would want to live thru all the crime/violence/prison experiences you've lived thru or make the decisions you made that got you into prison. But, your recounting (retelling) of all those experiences are mesmerizing & so fascinating to listen to......I guess because for most people, your letting us look into a world that is so foreign & that most will never experience. Most people are fascinated w/ all of this because it pulls us in to want to hear more & get a feeling for something we will never experience 1 millionth part of.

Prisons are not meant to be nice places and is to keep criminals out of general society. Don't get me wrong I believe prisons are meant to be for punishment with an emphasis on reform but it seems to me the system is really just punishment and profits. I think it's society (USA) that is the one that needs most of the reform. The US has the largest prison to population capita in the world (which is absolutely disgusting for the richest first world country), with corporations profiting from the system and war on drugs, kickbacks for the corrupt politicians and a lopsided Economy that fuels majority of financial crimes. I have given up on the idea of the U.S. government to enact meaningful and effective changes to a lopsided law and criminal justice system if there continues to be a massive profit incentive behind it all. I believe money (or the greed for money) is the root of all (or most) evil and strongly believe that such an extreme capitalist system is what has created this prison system and many of the circumstances that have led many into it. I support law enforcement and criminal justice reform, and I believe an egalitarian moneyless society is the key answer.

Thanks, I have to be strong some of the people here are cruel. But the overwhelming majority are supportive and they say they are just trolls who hate everyone.
