Yes. My Dad made sure after we did a year in Russia and got to see lots of Russian Ballet that when we returned to the US we were exposed to Ballet in the US. New York City Ballet and ABT. While I appreciate Russian Ballet, Balanchine's is so much more exciting. I stopped dancing when I hit puberty because I did not have the "correct" body for ballet. I am almost 50, it was a long time ago... Still love ballet. It was my first love.

One of my favorite parts of NYC! I saw ABT's swan lake there over the summer (on opening night). I've been a casual ballet watcher, had never done it so had no concept of how hard it is. Til this year when my 38-yr-old-and-fat self started learning after my husband passed away. You all are EFFORTLESSLY FLYING and me over here just trying to keep my leg straight in a tendu to third (I said what I said. Flat-out can't do fifth). Makes my soul happy though, so my third position and I will take that as a win.

Hi! I was also apart of the ABT gala. I was in the children division and I was in the center of them. I was so excited when we performed and I saw the uppers and you guys did amazing! ❤❤

OMG Rosa Mexicana is also one of my faves, but the last time I was in NYC it was closed due to a fire I think [this was pre-pamdemie] so its been a while. But its sooooo good.

nice video and great to see all the dancers ,everyone (Caroline and Ellie,i mean )seemed to have gotten into the Halloween candy,they were crazy laughing and silly but caroline was a riot ,it was a fun one to watch,all seemed in good spirits,but that mexican restaurant Rosa mexicano looked Sooooooooooo good,i want mexican food now haha=thanks guys have a safe weekend and a Happy Halloween🎃if you celebrate it or not🍁🍂🧡👍💜(for Rachel☔,:)

We did carnival of the animals in Grand Rapids Ballet Junior Company. I was a fossil though, although I did get some injuries. It was really fun.

Wow Lincoln Center congratulations 🎊. I love Lincoln Center. So many Beautiful places in New York City to perform in. Have you ever performed at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in upstate New York. The New York City Ballet comes up to Saratoga every year. ❤
