Cute. But really not a great vibe for a ballerina who wants to succeed in the art in the long term. And not likely that any big companies who have their eye on potentials from this school will love it either. Not a great career move imho.

I love how she shows so much dressing room and backstage moments because as a dancer we are so serious on stage,but backstage and in the dressing room we go crazy

You should totally go. I have been to two or three including the Nutcracker....they are lovely... And absolutely calm onstage..no matter what is going on backstage 😊

I feel like the person taking the video may be missing out on some technical aspects and timing that the ballerinas see in their own dance as the performers, but it’s very nice how positive she was in the moment. Positivity is necessary during a show to keep up the energy and morale, detailed criticism can come after the performance. All in all this looked quite lovely, makes me very excited!

Coming from a dancer, getting ready before any recital or comp is HECTIC I’m the best way possible 😂

I listen to the nutcracker every day

I love nutcracker I’ve done it three times and this was fun for me to watch since i know what its like after snow and all other dances.

I just auditioned for nutcracker yesterday. I’m really hoping I become a party girl or boy! Edit: That was three weeks ago. I’m in party scene as party boy!!! I spent 3 years trying I’m really happy now!!

I did dance of the sugar plum fairy a couple months ago and next week I got snow. I'm fourteen years old currently. Trust me everything their doing is much harder than it looks. They do it so gracefully! It's insane!

I was in marching band, and our performances required a lot of the same things, all I have to say is, most of the people in the crowd don’t know anything about ballet. Therefore if you mess up in a minor way it’s HIGHLY unlikely they caught on. And also if you’re slightly off time the sound takes a minute to carry anyways so you were on time
