This one is a great camper, Bunkervan 540 is the winner of layout . nothing comes close. My dream is a fully integrated hymer 5,4m in length with only two seaters , a front drop bed , a slide out garage on the back with drop u shape lounge.

The perfect layout as far as I’m concerned.

Pretty coach inside and out. Vwry livable configuration. To have a shower and WC in that size is remarkable

With those dimensions I think that having the bed in the roof is the way to go. You don't need to sit in the lounge and sleep at the same time after all. I know that with my requirements I need something bigger. I would like a big garage and for that you need to go to six metres at least.

This is just a awesome small camper! Especially for 2 persons

Excellent but I think the bed arrangement in a westfalia is better with the folding system

I wish campervan reviews were done with the sliding door shut, that way you would get a real feel for how spacious they feel/appear inside.

Love your videos, do you know of any other vehicles with this type of layout but on a different chassis? Keep up the good work.

Why did they waste that space on getting to the cassette? Couldn't they create an external access?

Anything on wheels depreciates ! But they are beautiful vehicles...

Thanks for the good work. However, sir, you might need a lens with wider angle of view to put things in geographic perspective and give us a better sense of scale.

Hello Alan... the only problems I have with that incredibly spacious layout is: where am I gonna store my reclining chair and table ? Partly impairs the concept of all metal "unibody" cabin, loses out on vehicle hight (useful in a van in small Alpine tunnels).

There is always room for solar panels although sometimes you need to get flexible panels because of the shape of the roof.

How tall are you, Alan? It seems to me that this layout is the best for the man with 1,87 m. The bed in the back is not big enough. I’m talking about short camper vans under 6 meters.

My height is 175cm. I think in many videos I have been very fair in showing concern for tall people.

Why do these campers not use the sinks that run through the same system as the water to be used in a toilet, running the water back into the tank?

That is a great idea Pamela - for vans with septic tanks. It won't work with cassettes as they will get full too quickly. There are toilets on the motorway in Switzerland that do that.

I believe you can move the table to an outside location, is that right?

Very nice but too small for us

Pretty much the same as all the others! Vans of this size are for two people, why have seating for four? There is too much redundancy here - the bed is not used during the day and the seats are not used at night! Why is the usage not combined? I want a really comfortable seating area where we can both put our feet up, making these bench seats into single beds is easy! Is there such a camper of five and a half metres?

No van springs to mind but I would say that it might be somewhat difficult combining a drop down bed with comfortable seats! The seats here do convert into a bed - I agree that it is pointless having sleeping for four in such a tiny area!

I have a wide angle camera now. Probably when this was filmed the wide angle was overheating.

Pretty-sure I see the reason that Class B RV's will never catch on in the U.S. A comparable model in the U.S. would be the Coachmen Galleria (Hi Top), which does not put the bed above, but in the rear as a futon...other than that, very similar (other than about 1-meter longer). Has the Mercedes chassis, etc. Oh, and the price for the U.S. Version? $190,000 USD (€171,400). Meanwhile, in the U.S., you can get a 40-ft (12,2 m) 5th wheel RV for less than $90,000. Nice Class B for a 'get-about', though...

Plase show the things, if the seat is made bed, show it, if the bed falls, do it.

This is a trade fair open to the public. There are signs saying not to do that. However if you want to write to the manufacturers requesting permission for me to do so then I will do it.
