I like the grid pattern on the dial too. I had it on a quartz Seiko with white dial that was fantastic. I just wish I could get something with it that had a perpetual calendar.

Go and get the blue Seiko 55th Anniversary Willard - it's easily one of my favorites in my collection. Really digging your channel btw!

Really enjoyed your video and your style, you have a new sub. I really would have like to hear you address the color of the watch, the olive green (I've only watched this vid so maybe you've addressed it elsewhere). I have an SKX and want something with the more durable sapphire and ceramic, but I'm not sure how I feel about the olive green. Most of the time in pictures it looks more black than green though. Any comments about using this as an everyday watch given the color vs getting the black version and putting a rubber strap on it?

That gap between crystal and bezel was a deal breaker for me.

Yeah, it’s starting to move to the next date, so it appears crooked. The cyclops and angle add to that. Just an optical trick.
