    I just bought an Ender 3 V2 and It should come next week. I've watched a LOT of 3D printing channels. Yours is my favorite. Your personality really shines and I will be watching a ton of your videos. You seem like such a happy, upbeat, great guy. Thanks for your help! I can't wait to learn 'a million stuff' from you! :)

    Your videos are to the point, clear, and relatable. I'm a professional technical trainer for an automotive software company, I use some of your videos not just for learning about 3D Printing, but also as a reference so our production videos/training remains simple, relatable, and transparent. I'm proud of your content, I hope you are too.

    Liked seeing those upgrades, including the blue racing stripes! I had to put them on my 3V2. Thought for a second the lazy-suzy would be wood PLA too, but hope sprang eternal ;) Again, great job and +20 pts for mentioning the names of the designers for the upgrades...classy and great character shown.

    I've seen you using Printed Solid Jessie PLA in some of your recent videos. What is your impression of it? For me it is quickly becoming my go to filament of choice, due in no small part to the 2kg i get every month in my Jessie box. That said, I have found it to be reliable and easy to print and I am generally very happy with the finished product.

    Thank you for the video, it was very helpful. I have another problem I would like to hear your input on. My Voxelab Aquila printer sometimes will start a job and will arbitrarily decide without any outside interference that the print job has completed. It stops wherever it is moves the nozzle to the back left side of the plate and on the screen says the job has completed. After clearing what was just printed off the build plate I can start the job again immediately and it will print flawlessly. Any thoughts on why this happens? Thank you again for your input I do rely heavily on your knowledge.

    Could you do this for the V2? If there are any unique? I already am gonna use the filament spool adapter for my V2! I hate it being on the gantry... Hate the idea of 1KG of weight hanging over the bed lol.

  • @BV3D

    @BV3D

    Hi! The LCD knob, V-slot covers, and filament spool adapter will work just fine on the V2. I'm not 100% certain about that particular bed handle, but I'll give it a try in a couple of days. The display cover and drawers aren't needed for the V2. Oh, on the V-slot covers, if you end up with one or two that are a little too long, you can trim them with the flush cutters that came with the printer. 👍

    You mentioned the extruder knob as an upgrade... did you also print the aqua levers below it? I am not a fan of the design and have seen people with printed ones to fix the design to make feeding the filament easier, however, I am not able to find those files. Great video!!!!!

    Hi BB I saw your spool holder upgrade and i could see that it kind of puts the weight on the left hand side of the printer, I was wondering would it not be better to have it some where center mass so that you do not pull things left. The way I see it its like having an old shelby where its only power on one wheel the back left one meaning that when you step on the gas the car moves right and wise versa, now in this case it kind of puts weight on left hand side might put force on the left hand side meaning you might screw up the gantry the pulleys and belt drivers, you might not see it now but give it time and I'm sure you would start to see some tear on one side of things maybe hear a squeak from the bearings because the weight is off balance

    I'm sure I've got the drag chain marked as a favorite on Thingiverse. I'll look and see if I can find it. That's been on the printer for about 2 years now! I'm not _super_ happy with it because it's not oriented the way a proper drag chain would be. It doesn't fold over itself like it's supposed to. It's more like having segmented armor for the cable.

    "A massage for the dead." I hadn't heard that one before. 😀 I particularly like the drawers and mounting the spool holder on the front left corner of the printer. Both of those have a lot of value to me. I also find it important to not have an exposed circuit board on the back of the screen. V-slot covers anywhere but on the bottom extrusions to keep the crud from collecting? Yeah, that's 100% printer dress-up. So's the replacement knob. But some people enjoying personalizing their printers. Other people consider them to be purely a tool that needs no adornment. Thanks for sharing your opinion and thanks for watching! 👍

But I'm currently building my version and all these parts will be transferred to it. Good luck! 😆
