I have a beautiful yard that I want to turn over and I came across your video because I want to incorporate nothing but edible things in my garden and I’ve been wanting to do edible flowers for so long and I came across your page. What I love most about your system is the use of herbs and flowers in the veg garden, and it's awesome that they are also edible. A lot of people don't know that marigold flowers are edible. I like to use the Lemon Gem variety because they are small and perfect for salads because the taste is rather assertive :) I also grow borage whose pretty blue and white flowers taste just like cucumber. I love that you use snapdragons, yarrow and pansies as edible flowers..... but the flowers are what make the garden so beautiful and your gardens are just that - beautiful!!
