Hi! I'm from germany and i don't understand what you mean by saying: "and you need at least, 3 hours of continuous sleep." 4:03 What does that mean? Does it mean that, when i wake up in the morning, i have to measure and then i need 3 hours of sleep again? I don't really get it. Can you explain it please? I thought that i can wake up every morning, no matter which time, measure and then i can get out of bed and start my day. Also: Or did you mean, i need at least 3 hours of sleep at night, to get the perfect and safest result? What if i wake up in the middle of the night like 2 or 3 times? Do i need to measure, if my sleep rhythm is off? Or is it dangerous, and when my sleep rhythm is that off, that i should skip the measurement and continue the next morning?
I have an hormone inbalance. So allot of red days😵💫 And I took some risks and got pregnant once planned og twice not planned. But I really love it!
How can I take the Tempeture ? I can’t do it, the alarm sound and then I turn off and then I can’t do anything … can you help me please 😢

If you're hungover or sick then you can't use the temperature for those days.
