Mine is stuck too, and I can't figure out when or where I'm making these "late" deliveries to keep it down. It really does seem like a broken (possibly fraudulent) system. Thanks for the video--helps me confirm what I suspected.

I’ve always had a habit of looking at the expected delivery time and my GPS ETA I have been diligent watching it. In the past 240+ deliveries I’ve only been late one time and my % has been at 93% this whole time. Weirdly It went back up to 94% and randomly tonight while I did 5 orders all delivered early went back to 93%. It’s a joke for sure.

Damn… Thanks for all the info! I have been looking into these apps and while I don’t want to talk myself out of doing this (because I am good at that,) I definitely want to go in prepared. Gotta say it’s not looking pretty for me, I would be on an e bike btw! In Richmond Virginia… I have to give it a shot but man it’s going to be brutal!

Yesterday when I first starting keeping track it said 81.55 I did about 8 orders and was on time for all of them and it went up to a whole 82.13. These are supposed to be from the last 100 so somebody explain that math.. I called support about this and of course I couldn't hardly understand a word she said but in the end it was basically there's nothing to be done.

First, I dont understand how an ON TIME OR EARLY has a decimal point. My percentage is 94.90. That does not make sense. Its impossible to have a decimal on this. 2nd, yesterday I did 4 deliveries on time and I went from 95.10 to 94.90. I think DoorDash is minipulating all our numbers!

They are scamming everyone. I now have those percentages too

Mine was 93% and then suddenly the last two weeks it has plummetted to 82. Today I made all of my orders on time and it actually went down.

They do that on purpose. Make sure you keep documenting your ratings and screenshot the time you accept orders and time you arrive at the customer's house

Starting today im manually keeping track of all deliver by times and what time i drop it off in a notebook. Mine is stuck at 89%. I NEVER make side trips or procrastinate. Im almost always early. Something is wrong. What did they say when you called?

Is it a ROLLING 100 delivery? Where the the oldest delivery falls off for every delivery after your 100th delivery

My on time rate is 80 last year November 2022 I was at 55
