Like you said Pedro,in case one app is down,you got another one working for you.

That happens all the time. Sometimes when you’ve delivered already and you can’t submit it freezes

That’s what pisses me off more than anytime because that’s a lot of time wasted on that delivery

Just love it when that happens on your way to a delivery. Pull into townhouses and suddenly you don't know which one

I had an area-wide DoorDash outage when I already had stacked orders in the car and I lost all my address information. Customer service was down. It was a nightmare.

I’ve had my phone crash on me in the MIDDLE of an Instacart order several times, while I’m shopping it!! I restarted my phone, refreshed, went outside and back in, and it eventually came back..no one else had issues with their phones around me but I was LIVID.

Pedro id love to discuss this with you further ...as a Top Dasher my ratings have ben destroyed because of a similar issue... Steps i take every day to help things like this not happen. 1. Force Stop 2. Clear cache 3. Clear data These are going to be some of the first basic steps DD has you do...hopefully this will save you a 1/2 hr or more of being on the phone.

Mine crashed right in then middle of a stacked order for one delivery... I was finally able to get it to restart so i could pick up both orders... It was a $10 tip for this tiny town I love in.

I just went through that last week . I couldn’t get it to pull up anything once I picked up the order. I had to take it back in the restaurant . Couldn’t contact support . Nor the customer. It did that to me a few times in the 4 hours I was out.

That’s why you should always screen shot all your orders then delete after your done working.

I had this happen a few weeks ago on two deliveries, and it didn't happen till I tried completing the orders. I had to turn my phone on and off again each time to get it to go through. Then Door Dash marked me down for having TWO LATE orders! ugh!

Yes, I’m in eastern Idaho and it crashed while I was on a delivery. I don’t think it was only DoorDash though because I tried to look up my delivery address on Google maps and on Apple maps and neither one of those apps were responding either. It seems weird that all three apps were down at the same time. DoorDash finally came back up so I could finish my delivery. Also, yesterday DoorDash crashed about the same time and my entire Dash session and deposit never registered until I called support later last night and they pushed it through. The support person told me they were having trouble all day with the app.

Yes, plus all of my apps are quiet.

a few months it went down after I picked up a stack order I couldn’t log back in I tried for 10 15 min then just went home. Had two nice meals dd never contacted me no contract violations I call it a win

Only issue today was app kept pausing by itself. Has that happened to you? Keep up the good work my dude!

Not only pausing but switching from pay by delivery to pay buy hour😂😂😮😮😮

Check to see if your Wi-Fi is on, sometimes your phone tries to compete with that and cell service to connect to towers/servers, or connect to building WiFi if it’s still doing that. Having multiple apps on at the same time can cause that issue as well.

That’s exactly what was going on here in my market yesterday was worse day ever and payment were pending for everyone I just stopped and went home apps been freezing a lot also lately glad I have other apps to switch too when it’s down

Yep, once for like 2 hours but I got a text saying servers were down but everything was gone even the money for the dash but once I reloaded the app it was back luckily. The DD app has caused me grief many times

Last night I completed a delivery but didn’t get paid for it & no one would answer the chat OR phone til like 5 hrs later,,but when I ended my dash it was on there

This happens to me all the time, I use uber more now. I can't be driving and it crashes on me. Or pick up an order then I don't know where it is going.

for a while my app will either freeze or close itself. the worst is when I try to accept a really good order and I get a repeat message of something went wrong and I miss out.

Restart phone in some cases will help. BUT Doordash does crash or glitches out from time to time. I would recommend to all the new dashers or GiG drivers period should download the DOWNDETECTOR APP it will let u know if the app is down and not only door dash or Uber it has a wide range of apps that will tell you if it is down or having issues

Seems okay in my market in Michigan

When the app crashes, or if the acceptance of an order is on hold, or directions are delayed, I end up force closing the app, and reopening it. That works 90% of the time.

mine was freezing up in the middle of a 253.00 delivery during lunch.

Every dasher should at least have two phones one on the Verizon network and 1 on the T-Mobile network and have the app on both phones. This will help you when coverage is an issue and also when the platform is having problems having dd on multiple phones gives you more of a chance that you will get back on the app.

My husband was having the exact same issue he didn't have orders all day long we called doordash and they said that it was because there was something wrong with the server and the app I don't know sounds like bullshit to me

happened to me too but what I noticed was it didn't happen to other dashers.. makes you think why did it happen to only certain dashers and not everybody.. hmm...

No the app has been acting up all over missouri, even in kc

You should be uninstalling and reinstalling your app every few days. This insures that you get all the new updates and keeps the app from crashing. Also I recommend powering off your phone and restarting it daily to clear your cache. This makes it work faster. This looks like an update crash. Should be back up after reinstalling

My dasher app has been jacked up for 2 days now... Yesterday was getting orders it was not paying me or showing the order was delivered.. Since Sunday on shop and pay orders the barcode has not been loading

This is an everyday issue most all of them love crashing

Mine just went nuts it was insane happened right after some lady revived and signed for an order been sitting here confused since

Gm yes this happened to me yesterday.Also orders coming thru on texts but not showing on app where I can accept.Keeps doing this on Saturdays and Sundays.

Hit the dismiss button everyone, instead of retry. That’s how I got out of it. I’m in Miami market

yesterday was my first time with a whole outage of the app i was missing money in my balance hours in active and dashed took a few hours but then i looked and my money came back and all the hours i did fixed

You need to clear all data from the app. Then you will need to sign in and reselect all your cities you dash in.

I dashed 5.5 hours yesterday and when i ended my dash it said i earned $0. It showed i didnt dash at all. Support said it would be a 2-3 hour fix. My funds didnt show up till this morning.

Happened for a few minutes , then came back on

I had an issue where worked 7 hours. Ended dash, and for hours it said I didn't make any money. I didn't know exactly how much I made so who knows if they took money

Screen popping up off and on all day saying I'm on pause. Restarted phone many times. Relog many times. Never had this happen before here in Maryland. Hopefully tomorrow things will be back to normal.

Yeah I had the same issue earlier. I kept on trying and got online. Only got 1 order for 2 restaurants for 1 person. Only 1 worked. The other place was shut down. I’ve been online for an hour and haven’t got an order since.

Did you know that if you’re a top dasher you don’t experience these issues 😂🤣😂 nah I’m just playing but on a serious note, I don’t have any issues with my app right now

Yes mine did the same thing early this afternoon. Came back online about 20 minutes late

I had an issue completing my last order. Kept getting an error banner and it wouldn’t let me call or text the customer 😱 I was finally able to close it out, but it immediately ended my dash.

PS I’m in New York. I only had two deliveries so far today. & that’s not normal for me or my market

Lately every damn shift hag thing locks up or can’t catch up or sends me a text for the order but doesn’t get anything on the app for me to accept then I simply get “ u have missed a opportunity” and I am thinking yeah ain’t that the truth missed that dork I. The road that would have landed me on door dash 😅

If this was yesterday, I had nothing but problems with DD and UE apps crashing and glitching. One of my dashes completely disappeared for hours, as if I never even did the deliveries, plus all kinds of other stuff. Uber was also a nightmare and my income was way down for the day. I just got myself another gig to add to my income stream since these two Suck so bad. Bet On You!❤
