    You should use Indian clubs, steel clubs and maces. Check out Mark Wildman and The Flowing Dutchman.

    Excellent way to strength train your muscles for swordsmanship. I use a similar method but i like your training tool better! Gonna have to make one. Thanks for sharing this brother

    I use a similar concept with a 5 lb Mace Weight. You can practice all the basic slashes slowly to build strength. And then then you can flip it to hold near the ball end of the mace to practice one handed motions! Great strength/conditioning tool for the arms/shoulders!

    it definitely helps i recommend working on stopping your cuts completely after you cut instead of letting the blade drop and swing obviously we’re not fighting when cutting but it’s good to remain as in control as possible:)
